This company does great work and puts the customer first. Tom is professional and cares about the customer. He is worried about getting things fixed and customer satisfaction rather then just a pay check like other companies. My family has been using his company for years and we have never been disappointed.

I woke in the morning to a temp of 54 degrees. I checked the pilot on my furnace and it was off. I tried to light the pilot, but it would not start. I called West View heating & Cooling at 5 am to schedule a service call (which was the lowest price service call fee I had found). The call was answered immediately and the technician walked me through some self-help steps before scheduling the call. It turned out I was not lighting the pilot light correctly. I followed his instructions and have heat again. Thanks West View Heating & Cooling. Your service was courteous and very helpful.
