If you need HVAC parts or repair, do yourself a favor and call this place before trying the "bigger" establishments. Appointments are set up quicker, service is more attentive, and you'll save a little money in the process.
Fairview heating and cooling is awesome. The owner Matt is a good guy and takes care of his customers. I recommend them all the time, great locally owned small business taking care of business!

I highly recommend Fairview Heating and Cooling. Matt Gibel is extremely efficient in setting up his appointments and prompt in replying to a customer's request for service. With my A/C problem Matt was very persistent in trying to repair the unit, even during the recent severe thunderstorm. He and his technician, Ashton, worked tirelessly during the rain to diagnose the problem.Though it required a follow-up visit to finally resolve the issue, Matt found the time in his busy schedule to fit us in. Thanks for your help.
Not gonna lie super disappointed, came out to refill puron. Over filled and over charged me then left in a huge hurry without really explaining anything. Said he knew someone who specializes in carrier and would put me in contact and never did. 2 months later I have to have another company come out due to issues and says that it's not operating at full capacity because there is to much puron and it's preventing my motor from burning out.. so not only did I over pay for puron, I now have to pay someone to take some out. So I would not recommend Fairview heating and cooling unless you wanna pay someone else to clean up their mess a couple months later.
SCAM ALERT! I wish I read all of the other reviews. Gerald and Matt talk a great game and are great salesmen. Once we agreed on the scope of work and a start date of June 18, 2021, totaling $18,000, I paid 30% down a couple weeks before starting. They never showed up and stopped responding to text messages and answering calls. Eventually they stopped by with a floor window unit as a temporary fix and told me they couldn't start for another TWO MONTHS. As I was undergoing a major renovation in Rocky River, this threw my entire construction schedule off -- and screwed over every other contractor. On June 26, I texted Gerald to refund my $6,000 deposit as I no longer wanted to do business with them. It's been 17 days and they still haven't refunded me. Then, they just sent me a $460 bill for that temporary AC they dropped off as a courtesy for screwing up our renovation schedule. They ignore my texts and calls. Please, please, please, LISTEN to the other reviews. These guys are con artists. Do not fall for their lip service.
When we discovered our air conditioning system was no longer working this spring Fairview Heating and Cooling did all they could to accelerate the timeline to replace. The work was completed on schedule, the quality was very good, and the technicians were polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC work.
The furnace quit on us early Sunday morning. I called Fairview Heating and Cooling, and Matt came over within the hour as promised. The motor needed replacement, and being a 60 year old furnace, that is not a part you can just pull off the shelf on a Sunday. First thing Monday morning, Matt called to say he purchased a new motor, and was coming right over to install it, which he did just that. The repair was done in just about an hour, and the bill was half of what I expected. I have been an aircraft mechanic for 39 years, and I know quality work when I see it. I highly recommend FAIRVIEW HEATING AND COOLING!
Very honest and do not take advantage when you are in emergency situation like some vendors. Used these guys for years. Gary is outstanding!! If you want honest and fair pricing, these guys are your best bet.

On March 29th, 2019, Fairview Heating and Cooling replaced my 25 year old furnace. I have been a Quality Assurance Inspector at my place of employment and can attest to the fact that the installation Crew did a Top Notch job. They took great care in making sure that the new furnace was installed properly. I was very pleased with their attention to detail. If I could I would give them Ten Stars!

We were referred to Fairview Heating and Cooling from a good friend. Called after hours and left message and Matt Gibel called back within 5 minutes and was told he would a technician first thing in the morning to look at our furnace. The technician arrived, figured out the problem and installed the part the following day. Nothing but professional from start to finish. Will recommend Fairview Heating and Cooling to all my friends and family!

My 85 year old grandma needed work on her furnace.. Matt came out and told her she needed a new furnace and he was very sketchy about it. So we had another company come out and check it out and figured out it was a $60 part that included install. You should be ashamed for yourself for trying to take advantage of an older woman. We have different last names and I don’t feel comfortable putting her information out there because now your company is harassing me on Facebook
