Thank you MW heating and Cooling for coming out. We had very old AC unit system that we were having problems with so they came out through our home warranty and they replaced the whole unit to brand new. Both father and son did awesome job replacing the unit, they were both very kind, hardworking and friendly and came on time. I would highly recommend them if you have any problem with your HVAC. They are best people to reach. 100% Recommendations. Thank you once again for coming out. Father and Son have done wonderful job replacing our AC system.
My home warrany company connected my to Mw Heating after a long line of other providers. Michael was by far the best regarding courtesy, price, and efficiency. I will be calling them directly for ongoing maintanence issues in the future.
Came out in response to a home warranty claim. Fixed the blower motor and also then fixed an issue with my AC in summer. Very good service.
This is the second time I’ve used MW. Michael has always been professional, on time and honest (which is hard to find these days). He originally came out to the house a few years ago for an issue. He diagnosed fixed and repaired our older furnace. Recently a new issue popped up and I got a ridiculous quote from a bigger HVAC name. Luckily I remembered MW and had him come out to repair at a fraction of the cost of the bigger place. If you want to save money and have a quality technician/guy out to your place give him a call.
My air is still not working and I reached out to MW Heating and Cooling LLC to inform Michael that the problem was not resolved. It is 90 degrees and after I told him it was still not working he informed me that I should change air filter. Eventhough I am having the same problem prior to MW coming out, I still changed the air filter. Guess what?! It still isn't working!!! I reached out to Michael again and of course received no response. I was informed that bolts dont even look like they have been touched. Michael was in and out. Now I am seeking outside contractors to pay for a service that was already paid for. Poor service and customer service. They were used as a contractor through my home warranty. I did inform my home warranty as well!
I was sent this company through my warranty company so I thought he was trustworthy.. my warranty company denied my claim so I decided to pay out my own pocket for a new A/C unit and coil. I got a 10 year warranty and 1 year free labor and parts. But 3 months later my A/C stop working. I text Michael and he was said he was going to come fix it but soon stop responding… over this year I tried to call and text him with no response. Now that summer is back around I find out that my coil is no good. I called Michael again with no response. Do not trust him. Don’t waste your money

I paid $85.oo for a service call and was told by Michael Wilson himself that he would help me get my equipment fixed. H e took initial payment and has not returned my telephone calls or text messages. I made multiple attempts to get Michael to do as he said but no response. Not honest or trustworthy
In January my furnace was leaking gas and not warming up the house. Mike came out and was able to find the source of the leak and showed me how to turn everything off. He then tried to find a part that would fix the leak but because my furnace was so old he quoted me at no more than $2000 for a furnace replacement. Luckily my home warranty covered it and he was able to get me a brand new furnace. He installed it quickly and effectively. I was so impressed with his work that when my AC recently died, he was the first HVAC professional I called to get a quote and see if he could install for me. Unfortunately he told me that he was in an accident and would be out of work for a while but would have preferred to get work done with some I know and trust already!
MW came to us as a referral. We had a decades-old air conditioner and furnace that was in dire need of replacement. We also had some detached ductwork repaired and replaced under our home in a very tight challenging area. Michael in Matthew did a great job completing this project. They completed the job in under 7 hours total. They also saved us a lot of $$$. A small fraction of what some of the bigger companies had quoted us. We were very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their HVAC system repaired or replaced. Good, honest and hardworking people.
