I have used Mr. Air Heating and Air Conditioning several times. The prices are reasonable and Tommy (owner) is very professional, friendly, and punctual. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using Mr. Air again!
Tommy went above and beyond to get heat back in my home in short order. Rather than send someone out for emergency service call that would have cost me at least $100, he was able to walk me through a fix over the phone. Didn’t cost me a dime this time, and I know who I’m calling for heating/air issues from now on.

Tommy and his team did a fantastic job replacing the AC unit at our new home. Tommy was incredibly personable and helpful during the entire process, which included working through our home warranty company. The new unit does a terrific job, so we could not be happier with our experience with Mr. Air!
Tom cane to rescue of my wife and myself. He took our call late Saturday afternoon and said he would squeeze us in. As the day got long, my wife told me to call and ask to be seen on Sunday. Tom arrived when he said he would, was courteous and professional, took care of our problem and answered questions regarding other HVAC issues and made many sound suggestions for the future. Tom has definitely earned our trust and loyalty for all our future needs! Thank you, Tom.
Our AC went out yesterday and Tommy came out the next morning and made the repair......fast/professional/and reasonable for service call I would highly recommend if in need of HVAC service
On time, professional and priced better than the 3 other companies I called (its 90 outside so this was a big deal). This is my second time using Mr. Air and I never would not have called anyone else first but I needed the first response. That was not Mr. Air and my rush was a mistake. I paid the first HVAC company a decent amount for a service call and they told me I had an electrical issue and I needed an electrician and left. No air working and (obviously) no refund because I thought it was that simple. Tommy from Mr. Air showed up, confirmed it was an electrical issue but said that the electrical issue was inside the HVAC system and he could fix it. He took 30 minutes from arrival to fixing the electric and saved me from an electrician checking to see that all the wiring into the system worked and that the short was in the system. I am sure that would have been hundreds more. Too bad I got in a hurry or he could have saved me the money to the other company I had already wasted. I needed one company to show up and care and this is two times Mr. Air delivered (this time they did something the other company didn't care enough to check). That idea is hard to relay in a google review but this is the second time I could just tell this company cares about quality and doesn't kill you on price to do it. I'm done calling whoever Google recommends. It is too expensive to not call these guys and wait until they can get here. Thank you Tommy.
I highly recommend Mr. Air Heating and Air Conditioning . My AC unit went out during the hottest month August. I called Mr. Air and they were hear and installed the next day. They were very professional, the service was great, and the price was the best around. I am not sure why this post didn't show when I posted it back in August but this is a follow up of how pleased I was with the service.
Mr. Air saved our bacon! We had our heat go out during the last ice-storm and boy was it cold! Mr. Air was able to come out within 24 hours to get us back up and running. The technician quickly identified the problem and even had the replacement circuitry we needed in stock and in his truck. The tech performed the repair and now all we needed to do was leave the heat on to melt the icicles off the ceiling! Thank you Mr. Air! You've made a customer for life!
Tommy is excellent! He was extremely thorough and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure our family received what we needed. Also, Alan the service man that came out was awesome as well, extremely thorough. I highly recommend Mr. Air.

I’ll start by saying I’m not a huge review writer but I had such a great conversation with this company about an ongoing issue in my home and they were by far one of the most professional companies I have ever spoken to in this field! Wow! You know you’ve done your job right when you speak to a potential customer that you haven’t even done work for and they leave you a review. I was given great recommendations and potential diagnoses of what could be causing the issue based on their experience. If they could have done the work in my house, I would have hired them in a heart beat!!! Thank you for the amazing customer service and professionalism! Talk about first impressions, I have them saved for future work!
Wonderful customer service. The technician was extremely (Allen) efficient, friendly, and informative. Allen went above and beyond inspecting our furnace.
My Bryant furnace basically stopped working. A very competent Mr. Air repairman (Allen) came out and fixed it. Apparently over the 15 years I've had the furnace (without it ever being worked on), the p-trap inside the "condensate drain trap" became clogged. He removed it, flushed it out, and replaced it, etc. This was a white rectangular box firmly mounted inside the furnace, there was no way I could have identified the problem and fixed it myself. I opted for their "furnace tune up package" and Allen checked and/or cleaned several other areas too. Great service at a very fair price. I highly recommend them.
I could not be happier with Mr. Air. They’re so professional. I know nothing about HVAC, but they kept me informed every step of the way to get my heat working just in time for the cold temperatures. They are also very friendly, and they gave me the best deal they could. I will definitely be using them again to tune up my a/c in the spring!
I can’t say enough good things about Mr Air! They have been great from the start when we had Tommy install a new furnace and AC unit for us at the best price in town with great service, all the way until we sold our house and Alan came back to make sure everything was working properly and dealt with the headaches of realtors and home inspectors. Keep up the great work! We will always recommend Mr Air to everyone!
Tommy was the who came out to help us. He was very helpful polite and professional. I had a great experience working with him and he got the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and I hope you get Tommy he is great.
Tommy did more than what a professional would do. Right on time, followed on the work he did, let me know what to do next. He is a nice person. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are real professionals.
