I called last night about a lingering odor which had my fiancé and I concerned about a potential leak in our AC unit. DJ, the technician, was out by 8am this morning. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Talked me through everything he did and left me feeling well informed with the whole process. I highly recommend this company and appreciate DJ for being the man!
I was able to call and schedule an appointment after hours for the next day. They came and fixed my ac in no time. Great customer service and great technicians.

Very reasonable rates for emergency (weekend) servicing of my furnace. Restored service (flushed air from gas line) without trying to charge me for replacement parts unnecessarily. Would definitely recommend.
The hvac tech came out and was top notch. He was on time, courteous, confident in his work and explanation of the job he performed. It instilled my confidence in him and in Fivestar. He even patched up some stuff not on the agenda. Not to mention, super affordable!

Evan was great and very informative! He provided us with a detailed explanation of what was going on with our furnace and how to proceed with any repairs that needed to happen. We will definitely be using them in the future for all our inspections and repairs.

Overall great experience with this company. Would give 5 stars but the price to replace an inducer motor (HVAC) that took around 20 min (diagnostic and replacement) at near $1,000 is/seems expensive to me. Great customer service, quick help and got the job done. Will probably use them again for future maintenance/repairs. Would give 4.5 stars if able. The techs were very nice and did a great job. They were honest and polite. Recommend this company for HVAC repair.
Ben was on time and did a good job communicating what he found and repair options. 2nd visit for heating maintenance was also on time and great communication. Very professional and friendly service for AC maintenance check. 2 more checkups with great service. Adam was very friendly and thorough. Furnace repair came out same day and diagnosed problem.
Scheduled furnace tune up. Rescheduled the times, and never turned up. Communication just stopped.

I wanted to move my system to make room for a patio and it made more sense to just install a new one. It presented a couple of challenges but the techs worked through and did an amazing job. Would definitely hire them again.
We are very pleased with our new Carrier heating and cooling system installed 3 weeks ago by Five Star. The price was fair and our new equipment is so much quieter than our previous system. A big shout out to our installation crew consisting of Jason, Ryan, and Bobby - they did a great job. I recommend Five Star for sure.
Five Star pushes their private label equipment. They purchase equipment from Goodman and Comfortmaker and slap their logo on it. Before the tech had even arrived at my place to look at the problem, he asked me what my price threshold was before buying new equipment. Red flag. Tech shows up, diagnoses that the main board is bad. Cool. How much is it going to cost. He calls me unprepared with ballpark prices, suggesting that i should replace the entire furnace system. Red flag. I ask him to call me back when he's got firm numbers. Meanwhile, i call the local HVAC supply store, the main board is in stock for under $150. Tech calls me back and wants $1100 to replace the board but won't be able to get parts for 2-3 days, or i can replace the whole furnace for $4500. Nope. No thanks. I went to the local supply store, bought the main board, and <$150 later my furnace was running again. I really wanted to use their services and was willing to pay up to $500-600 for the repair, but i feel $1100 is excessive for an hour or two of work.
Got here same day diagnosed problem and was replaced thermostat very quickly was also very knowledgeable and friendly
