My A/C went out I saw you guys on TV and called before the commercial ended. The operator was extremely nice and when I ask what was the soonest she could send a technician out? All she said was " What is a good time for you Mr. Flanary"? We was at my door 12 hours later, he put those paper footies on an got to work replaced a bad capacitors and in no time at all my house was cool again. Dor-Mar was very responsive when I needed a repair, and they now provide routine maintenance on my HVAC system. In my experience, they are honest and don't recommend any unnecessary service. Today's service technician, Stone, was prompt, efficient, polite, and professional. (I also appreciate that he wore a mask while inside my house.) Highly recommended.

Allen ( your technician)came out and saved us alot of cold days and nights . We have American Home Shield and they sent a technician out 3 times replacing parts and still not fixed . The last technician said we need a new furnace . My furnace is only 5 years old . I thought he was lying and we decided to pay out of our pocket for a second opinion . Wow he saved us . Come to find out the last technician who said we needed a new furnace purposely switched wires on a pressure switch . Allen quickly found the problem and we now have heat . Please give Allen a fantastic review . He's a trust worthy man and professional.

The gentleman called to let me know they were on their way. Once arrived they went straight to work found my issue and fixed it quickly. I called to have our HVAC system looked at/repaired at my business to which a tech came out and said we needed to order a $1,500+ part. A day later, another tech came out and fixed it completely (from another company). I called back to cancel my parts order and left a message with someone- never got a call back. So called back again this morning to which I got transferred to Stacy who said she “didn’t know why I was transferred to her” and said I was being charged a 20-30% restocking fee. She then transfers me to someone else and I left a voicemail. Still haven’t gotten a call back. Now I’m out hundreds of $ when the problem was fixed and never needed the part to begin with. On top of that, the company that actually fixed it said the rooftop area was left a mess by this tech. I never leave bad reviews as I know how important it is for businesses to do well but this experience was exceptionally bad and disappointing. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Cory exceeded any expectation I had. Period! I had an issue with my AC system and called Dor-Mar around 11 am and got an appointment for next day. The representative was outstanding, extremely friendly and polite, concerned about the issue (and my health!!!) even if it was the first time ever i had contacted them. By 4 pm on the same day I got a call from Cory saying he was around and asking permission to visit and have an idea on ehat was going on. Not long ago he was leaving with the problem solved and my AC back to action. It was the first time I saw such great attitude and efficiency at the same time.
