Same day service (replace leaking disposal) provided the unit , and installed it. Was quick and clean and friendly, and faster than I expected at a reasonable price.
Andrew was great, helped us fix our sink quickly and was very professional. Will definitely call again if we have another plumbing issue.
We had a great experience with Eco Plumbers. They were able to do same day service to install a natural gas grill for us. They explained everything they were going to do very clearly and got the job done fast. I was very appreciative of the hard work done by our technicians, Nick and Thomas.
Josh was here to do what I had originally asked to be done by their technician yesterday, who insisted on upselling me on an unnecessary additional gas shutoff valve. Sad that kind of treatment still exists. Upon completion, Josh checked for gas leaks and all was good. So simple. Maybe greed was the first technician's weakness.
He came out and did a review and assessment of the problem and walked through the entire situation and options. He was complete and professional.
Andrew went above and beyond to help us with a warranty claim on our hot water heater. He made the process seamless from our end and had the new unit installed in less than 24 hours. Thank you, Andrew!
Very professional! After finding out I needed a new water heater that could have came back the next day because it was late but they stayed and got the job down. I leave for vacation in two days and I can leave knowing everything got done!
Andrew M. Did a great job! He was training a new employee (I’m sorry, his name slipped my mind) and proved to be patient and clear with his communication and Never disrespectful. Both gentleman we polite and answered all my questions. We even had fun conversations about our pets.

This is Rachel Edwards. Nick and his sidekick did an excellent job of dealing with the bathroom in our (really) old house. It presented problems that he was able to solve, just as he had done the first time (a year ago), when he had worked on a different problem. He knows what he's doing, and is totally pleasant to work with, even when the the going gets rough. He always has a positive attitude. When we call Eco Plumbers again, I hope we can get him again. We had a leak in our main water shutoff valve. Josh replaced the PVC pipe with copper pipe and a new shutoff valve. He did a great job.

The excellent Eco-Plumber tech, Brandon, flushed my water heater. He also tested the water at my request. He was on time, professional, informative, and answered my questions. Super nice young man who clearly enjoys his job and values the company he works for.

Annual tankless water heater flush. Incidentally found microleaks with calcium deposits on my exposed 47 year old copper pipes, including one that was actively dripping. Offered onsite quote and immediate 3 hour replacement of pipes. Explained a great annualcare plan that includes HVAC maintenance and plumbing inspection with water heater flush, 10% discount, priority service. Services are not cheap but are very high quality and dependable, so I'm switching over to them, which will also include electrical service. Note they've changed their name to ECO to reflect the broadening of their mission.
