Seasonal inspection of very old furnace revealed some extremely sketchy feature functions. Bundled new heat & AC systems to save on install. Very pleased with quality & service.

The guy came over and did an inspection. Found it was hooked up to 110ac instead of 220ac. It was fine after corrected . Appreciate the repair person quality work. Would recomend this company to anybody. Thank You Alan Larsen

DJ Hoover. was on time and called before to let me know an accurate arrival time. He was very professional and and friendly and answered and explained all my questions so that I fully understood them. He Also gave me a few suggestions for cleaning and helping to maintain the outside unit. Suggested moving a few plants Further away from the unit. DJ was very knowledgeable about his product and the service. Would like to have him come back the next time I need service!

Most recent visit was for AC preventive. I love having service contact where they contact me early in the season, schedule me very quickly and take care of things without me even having to remember to call. Heads off issues and keeps things running smoothly

I called originally thinking that it was going to be an easy repair to the furnace. Mark, the service technician found that our furnace needed replaced. It was getting old and it was also getting to a dangerous situation because of overheating. We decided to go ahead and replace the A/C as well. The process was was seamless. The guys were very nice and knowledgeable about what they were installing. They moved the A/C unit from the back of house to the side and didn't charge us extra and they gave us am upgraded thermostat for free. One of the technicians noticed that the vent for the hot water tank didn't have enough pitch to it. He fixed that and didn't charge us! I highly recommend them!

Our furnace went out this past weekend. I contacted Delaware Heating & Air at 10:00am on Saturday morning and their HVAC service technician, DJ was there by noon. He was great to work with, very informative and forthright. He helped to answer all of the questions I had and always kept us in communication throughout the diagnosis process. Upon receipt of the parts that were needed to correct the repair, two technicians, Randal and Clayton, came out Monday morning to install. They were just as great to work with and, again, answered all my questions. The service really is five stars and I will recommend them to anyone I know going forward. Thanks for your hard work and help.
Tech was at house within a couple hrs on a Saturday. Found the problem. Ordered the part and Monday by noon the repair was made. Great service at a fair price.
