Michael R Ford was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to tell me what the real problem was with my furnace. He told me that my control board was dead and I needed a new one. After the control board was replaced my furnace fired right up. I will continue to recommend CWA to friends and family.

Our appointment was partially cancelled, and we had to negotiate in order to just have someone come look at the inspection. When the inspector came out, he also vacated the property immediately as he did not have a ladder, and we were not notified. Originally they proposed coming out another day. Disorganized.

I called Upper Arlington Heating & Air after another company broke my system after a simple maintenance visit. Noah came out the next morning and diagnosed the problem very quickly and explained to me what the last company did wrong. He was very kind and respectful. He gave me future options as my system is 15 years old and answered all my questions. I will definitely be called this company again anytime I need hvac.

I paid $69 for do a estimate. But I got nothing. Very unprofessional service. They just come and didn't diagnosis what problems. When they leave they left chaos to us. We have to install back by ourselves. And they said they will send me the details and estimate repo to me but they don't. Really bad experience.

My Technician was Jacob, and after my furnace quit working this morning he was dispatched very quickly out to my home. (I thought the time to have a technician come out would be much longer as the tempature in my house kept dropping lower and snow started to accumulate) Jacob arrived with a positive attitude and a warm smile immediately calming my anxiety. He asked me what problems I was experiencing with the unit, he took the time to listen intently to my concerns and immediately went to work! Jacob communiticated his findings in a way that was very easy to understand and the repair cost was very reasonable! We are SO very thankful to have heat again!! The initial crew that was sent out missed some things on the first visit, and said that my furnace was fine. A few days later, I heard it making a strange noise, so I called them back to re-check it. The tech who came out next, noticed a LOT of issues and even said that my furnace was not safe to run. The crew that came out to replace the furnace was excellent and they refunded me for the initial visit and gave me a good deal on the furnace. Overall, happy with the work that was done.
