Great experience! Very professional and courteous. I had Chad from Garret heating and cooling install a new furnace and A/C and I am very happy with the install. Our new A/C is almost too cold! Great job Garrett!

I just loved working with Chad & his son. They definitely knew HVAC and have their system/job down to a science. They’re very professional and clean on the job. When they finish the job, the only evidence they have ever been in your home, will be it’s ……warmer/cooler. Literally, they don’t leave one piece of paper around from the job. Other companies, just do not clean up after themselves like that. When I’ve had questions for Chad, he’s always return my call within an reasonable amount of time. I also have to say, the 2 BIGGER companies who gave me an estimate to do the exact same job were almost double, if not triple the cost. And the bigger companies just seems so shady. Chad just is an trustworthy and honorable kinda guy. Needless to say, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIRING GARRETT’S HEATING, you would not go wrong.
Chad was timely and responsive to our air conditioning inquiries. He replaced our air conditioning unit during the heat of summer within days. His updates and communications were excellent. We also worked with him 6 months prior to replace our heating unit. We were extremely satisfied and appreciative of the great experience. We highly recommend!
