I can't say enough good things about Toops. Our A/C unit stopped working over the weekend and the first company who answered the phone came the next day and gave us a load of garbage about the A/C unit AND furnace needing to be replaced, plus duct work for tens of thousands of dollars. On the recommendation of a friend I called Toops and told Mike everything the previous technician had told me. He was flabbergasted and sent Cody out that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had it fixed within an hour for under $200. Thank you!
Called left a message. Three days later no reply
No experience with this company as far as their service goes. However, a driver of theirs gave us an extremely aggressive look and middle finger while cruising down I-670 our ambulance. For no apparent reason. Wildly unprofessional.

Our home was hit by lightening which caused a power surge that damaged our furnace as well as other things. I had two HVAC companies come out for a quote before Toops. The others quoted me a well over two thousand dollars in repairs, citing several parts in my furnace needed to be replaced. I decided to call one more company and found Toops on a random search. Cody came out the same day I called him and assessed the damage. He found that only two parts needed replaced and the cost was well less than HALF of what the other two companies quoted me. Mike came out and did the repair the very next day. They are honest and kind, extremely responsive, the best price I could possibly find and they do not take advantage. Vert pleased with their quality of work as well. They gained a lifetime customer in me. 100% recommended.
This company is absolutely the best in town. Last year, our air conditioning went out. We had another company (Atlas Butler) show up and tell us that the entire system needed to be replaced. We called Toops for another opinion---Cody showed up and told us it was just a bad capacitor. He made the quick fix and the system ran perfectly. This week, the system wasn't working quite right. Cody showed up again and found a small leak. He refilled the coolant and all is well again. Their customer service is amazing, and they are absolutely honest in all they do. Highly recommended! I highly recommend this company. They are thorough, compassionate about their work and friendly. You can tell it is a family owned business. Cody has been our service technician for both service calls. He is outstanding. The nicest guy. The last service appointment he took care of our refrigerator from our patio that didn't work anymore and removed the freon and disposed of it. Great company!!!
I don’t know where to begin...Toops is AWESOME! They’re so easy to work with, gave me a great price, and were able to promptly install my new air conditioner. I was a faithful CARE heating and cooling customer, but not anymore. I’ll only call Toops from now on. I’m so excited to have air conditioning again!

My furnace motor went out from power surge from recent Dublin power outage. Mike Toops responded quickly on weekend and came out on a Sunday morning. He was kind, efficient, most reasonable, and careful of surroundings. By Monday noon I had a new motor installed. Often we don’t know what we are getting when we have an emergency and have to call someone, anyone. Am so glad I got it right the first time. Toops is 5 star all the way!
Heater wasn't working so I called this company. They we're out within a few hrs. The guy was nice and honest. Definitely deserved a 5 🌟 + rating.
Toops heating and cooling did a great job fixing our AC. The owner of the company came out to do our unit. He was fast, professional, and very kind to my kids. I would recommend this company to anyone.
