Best decision ever. We bought an entire HVAC system through Columbus Worthington Air and had a horrible experience with them (long story). Needed a change and needed to deal with an honest business. I had 4 companies come out to the house and check out our system. Mike from Thermo Pros operated in a way that was different from all the rest. He wasn't trying to get a sale, he was trying to help. He figured out what was wrong with our system and didn't even charge for it. Columbus Worthington charged me $99 and didn't even figure out the problem with their own system. They wanted to charge me to have a 2nd technician come out unless I signed up for a monthly service plan (keep in mind that I already purchased a warranty). We chose to install a new AC System and Mike's price was the best. He worked fast and was talking me through everything so I feel much more competent now. I could go on about this for a while because the experience was so much better than I would have expected. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Mike!!
They answered the first time I called Was understanding and was able to fix my ac unit from cycling on and off over and over again. He was knowledgeable and was flexible in the time frame he could come at.
He fixed my furnace, after a lightning strike toasted the controller circuit board. He also helped me troubleshoot a simple flame sensor malfunction.
Very professional, they work fast and very clean!! Best of all was the great price!! I highly recommend this company, they do great work!!
