A contractor we had used for a major reno used two inept plumbers who wouldn't replace a corroded 60 year old cast iron pipe. This pipe was causing a shower to back up, and our washing machine not to drain properly. Jose was awesome. We discussed a plan of action and he put in some long hours to get the job done right. When he was finished, Jose went back over his work to make sure everything was working properly and made adjustments as needed. Jose did a great job of cleaning up all the areas of our house he worked in. He was professional, yet friendly, and I won't hesitate to request Jose should we need The Waterworks in the future.
Nick worked extremely diligently on our clogged pipe. After exhausting all options with no result he was smart enough to notice the trap in our basement was sitting g to low, thus forcing water back into our kitchen sink. After he made the adjustment everything is fine! Left the house cleaner than he found it. Always a good experience with waterworks!
Arthur was excellent. He provided high quality service in a timely, friendly manner. Definitely high value
Jose was great at helping to diagnose the problem and walking me through ways to address it myself in the future. He helped fix some work that a previous plumber did not do correctly as well. Thanks Jose!
We have been using WATERWORKS for 25 years. Every problem has been addressed in a timely dependable, respectful manner. Waterworks deserves a five star rating, because it is such a well run company! The name WATERWORKS is perfect!
On time. Not afraid to do the hard work. Left house clean and in order.
Bradley was great and appreciated his honesty in terms of what he believed needed to be done to fix our issue versus going in and cutting into walls, etc. Very responsive, professional, and the price was fairly reasonable. Thanks!
Bradley was excellent- professional, knowledgeable, and fast, while taking the time to answer all of my questions.
Waterworks is our first call for all things, plumbing – – professional, efficient, and not too costly. always a pleasure working with them.
I took three estimates for the work I wanted done. Nick and the folks at The Waterworks listened to what I wanted, only quoted me for the work I wanted done (didn't try to add a bunch of other action items to the job) and performed the job we agreed to at a price that was 66% less than the other two quotes.
Very unprofessional. We had a pipe burst in the basement it was called in around 2 pm as an emergency, we were told they would be out in a couple hours. At 6 pm we followed up for an ETA because we needed to pick our dog up, service person called and said it would once again be a few more hours and he would call when he was on the way to the job. Stayed up until midnight with no call and no update. Call back the next morning and are told the job was marked “completed” at 9:00. The service tech never came to our house and never called to give us any updates. They then told us they were unable to get anyone out until the following day. We went with a different company. We understand that it can take time to go between jobs but to lie about the completion of a job classified as an emergency is unacceptable.
Drain cleaning. Travis was on time and got to work right away. Happy with the work and price.
Xcellent repairmen ! Up and running in no time.. Very knowledgeable about all aspects. Waterworks number is in my contacts and they will be getting called again should I ever need them. 5⭐
Cornell was great. He saved us from a flood due to a backed up toilet. He told us the real issue was how the pipes were installed, at a 90 degree angle, which we need to fix to avoid issues in the future. Appreciated his professionalism and effort to tell us how to fix the problem once and for all.
The technician, Bradley was great. He was very professional and pleasant. He was willing to answer any questions I had. I will definitely ask for Bradley when I have future plumbing needs. Thanks to The Waterworks for having great workers.
If you use them for HVAC have them double check their work as they missed stuff when they came out to me. My AC unit wasn't giving out cool air so I called them as I'd used them to install an iron filter. Two guys came out, an old hand and an apprentice. The apprentice had no idea what he was doing and had to be instructed multiple times for seemingly simple tasks. The older guy said there was a bad crack on the connection and he had to glaze it to fix the issue. He guessed because of the crack all of the freon leaked resulting in the AC unit running without self cooling that broke the compressor. So I would need more freon and a new compressor. However I was able to get in touch with the original installer and it turned out the valve for the freon hadn't been opened. Making it look like there was no freon and overheating the compressor according to Waterworks. After I posted this review feeling like they had attempted to scam me out of $2500 for a new compressor they contacted me and gave me that explanation. The technicians had a talking to about thoroughness and I was given an apology. I hope it was an honest mistake, if nothing else they were on top of the situation.
We choose waterworks based on customer reviews so I should post one myself. Price was very reasonable compared to another company in town with good reviews. Arthur had to come twice because of some water shut off issues from the city. He was funny and considerate both times. I highly recommend Arthur to anyone. Kind of reminds me of Bert Krescher! (Don’t know how to spell the name sorry)
He was here on time matter of fact he showed up early he got right to work on the job got my sewer line cleaned out in no time he was very professional and good worker
Air conditioner repair. They were in and out in no time. They repaired my AC efficiently and professionally. Would highly recommend.
I've had really great experiences with the team from The Waterworks. They're the only plumbing company I call any time I need work done, and I can't recommend them enough!
