I love this company!! Our furnace was on the fritz over the holidays and Sheri Nash and her team were on it! They were prompt, knowledgeable, and did everything they possibly could to fix it before it ultimately needed to be replaced (which they did for a very fair price). I’d highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH TEMPERATUREPRO! I CALLED AFTER HOURS DURING ONE OF OUR HOT SPELLS HERE IN COLUMBUS AND SPOKE DIRECTLY WITH SHERI! SHE OFFERED ME TIPS TO TRY BEFORE CHARGING ME WITH A SERVICE CALL. I APPLIED THE TIPS BUT ULTIMATELY FELT I NEEDED A SERVICE CALL. THEY PROMPTLY SENT CAMERON OUT THE NEXT MORNING. HE ARRIVED IN THE TIME WINDOW THEY SUPPLIED AND HAD THE PART ON HAND THAT MY AC NEEDED. HE HAD THE SYSTEM UP AND RUNNING QUICKLY! I HAD A FEW MORE CONCERNS AND CAMERON CAME RIGHT OUT AGAIN THE NEXT DAY! HE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS, DID A RECHECK AND REASSURED ME! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TEMPERATUREPRO! Tech came to house with the understanding that I needed repair of some kind/ no cold air with central air. I showed her which AC needed looked at (I have two units). After a while I stopped her in the front yard and asked her what was going on. She stated that she already changed the ( I believe) condenser. She then said we were up to over $300 and that was not even the Freon that needed to be added. Price jumped to$500 or more. She said that parts were no longer available for this unit (old). I told her I didn’t want anything done! I was truly unhappy with this person and her lack of professionalism. She should have spoken to me first about all of the above prior to doing anything. And a $95 service fee to boot!! I will not use this company again!!!

Our AC went out yesterday and it was 85 in the house. I called around 1 pm and they were able to get someone out the same day. I work from home and had some appointments that I could not miss but they were able to work around that too. The technician who came out was very nice and professional, she had us back in the cold that night! Great people and would recommend!!
In today’s world, it’s a rarity to find an a/c company who you can truly trust! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the owner Sheri & her staff! She is amazing, she is honest, kind, friendly, reliable and professional! Her staff, Ronni & Charlene & all the technicians are great! I’ve had such wonderful experiences at both my home & place of business, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hvac systems! Thank you! You guys are the best!

A great experience all around (and I can be picky). When Charlotte arrived to give us an estimate, she was on time, friendly, thorough and professional. And our installers, Chuck and Jeff, were the absolute best. Knew their stuff, and were professional, courteous and stayed late to get the job done right. I cannot say enough good things about them. My highest recommendation.

Amazing experience! They came quick on a HOT summer day when my AC broke and fixed it right up. I felt like the number one priority. The staff had great communication skills, worked quickly and was kind when interacting with my children and dogs.
This service was great. Cameron came in and was very knowledgeable and aware of the issue. He was able to remedy the situation quickly and efficiently. He also went out of his way to show me the problem and why it happen and things to be cognizant of in the future. I would definitely recommend.
My father had his furnace go out during a very cold week, he’s dealing with cancer at this time so timing wasn’t good. Dad called a company who came out, oversold him a unit way more then what he needed for his home. I called Sheri with Temperature Pro Columbus, asked if she had a tech who could come out and make sure he wasn’t being taken advantage of. Not only did she send a tech right out, she joined him as well. They sold dad a nice unit, half the price better suited for his size of home, and came out the following morning and did the installation. Great people, a Solid company! Jimmy J
Great response on a Sunday after waking up to a freezing house. Cameron explained everything in detail as he was working. Didn’t even mind having a cat as a helper. Affordable and personable service. Thankful that Cameron was able to find a solution for repair without having to spend a lot of money. Will definitely use again!
