I’m very frustrated and sad to have to leave a review like this, but I feel as though our outreach is being ignored. I’ve been calling for two weeks now and not one of my calls has been returned. I am doing this in the hopes that the company steps up, reaches out to me and helps to resolve this ongoing situation. I hope they take responsibility for the services they promised to provide and the gaps in communication we’ve dealt with. I am frustrated because this has been our primary HVAC company for years. They’re a lovely family business and I trust that they do the job well and with a focus on quality. I’ve used many contractors and this is one I trust. I just wish things were more organized. Rebecca, Bob and Brent are all wonderful to work with. But this time, for whatever reason, things have not gone smoothly at all. They were hired to swap out a condenser for a min-split. I had the condenser and new lines. They started the job. While we hit a few snags, which happens, we were happy to be flexible. I even agreed to a higher price to deal with the issues. But there’s been a major breakdown for some reason. I don’t know why. Now the project has been sitting for two weeks with nothing happening and no communication. They even mentioned maybe they could give me a recommendation of someone to finish the job. That hasn’t even come. I just want go be on a pathway to having this finished. Please call me back!
We talked to a different company Friday and they gave an estimate of over $6400 and said the entire unit needed replaced. We talked to Rebecca on Sunday and her brother was out on Monday. $89 for the call & $190 for parts & services and we have a working unit (that doesn't have a leak like the other guys said). When we do finally bite the bullet and replace the entire unit, we will be calling again.
I scheduled an appointment & Rebecca was nice & helpful however she was not responsive.I called off of work for a 1pm appointment after not being seen yesterday when I was supposed to. She called and said her brother was coming to me after he ate lunch which was about 12:30 ish. Time goes by then I had to leave to pick my son up etc. she said call when I get home the guys would be ready. I text her to let her know I was headed home. NO REPLY. I called & my calls went to voicemail. It’s in the 90s all week. If you can’t do a job for whatever reason I’ll rather you just SAY THAT!!! rather than waste my time & have me & my baby in the house burning up, THE COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE. Games were definitely played & time was wasted. I could have went elsewhere & saved us both the headache. I can’t say if they do good work or not because I never got that far.

Came out 2 times problem not solved called another hvac company they fixed the problem and said rite heating and cooling was completely wrong ! Rite hvac wants easy fix and hands you a high bill !
We absolutely recommend Rite Temperature to anyone who is looking for an HVAC company. Not only are they a small family business, they are also very honest and their prices can't be beat!! My family and I have been using Rite Temperature for more years than I can count! They are always thousands of dollars cheaper than other HVAC companies when it comes to estimates for replacing our furnace and Air Conditioners. They are the only HVAC company I know that will fix an issue (if possible) vs only giving the option of needing to replace the unit due to age. They treat you like family!! They always get to us in a very reasonable time frame. I promise you won't be disappointed if you chose this company!! They always go above and beyond!! For a company that doesn't advertise and has been in business over 45 years, speaks for itself!! I recommend Rite Temperature to anyone who has any heating or air conditioning issues or who is looking to replace their units.

We used them today for a job, love the proffesionalism and the price, they were quick to arrive, and the bill was not frightening! Air conditioner is running fine! - Thanks guy, we do appreciate you!
We called when our AC failed, and they showed up super quickly on a Saturday. The gentleman they sent replaced the capacitor or a very reasonable price, and it’s been working perfectly ever since.

I'm sad writing this review. I called them two years in a row. First time no call back but it was okay because my plans changed. This time I did receive a call back from rebecca. Who was super nice! She told me that Brent would be calling me back and he did. And he was supposed to meet me today. He did not meet me today. So if you see this please call me back I would really like to buy a furnace! Thanks.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this business!!! Friendly, not out to get paid for something that is NOT wrong with your unit. They are honest and very reasonably priced. They also get to you quickly and get the job done quickly. I will use them, this point forward, for all of my heating/cooling needs!!! I highly recommend them!

They replaced and installed a new furnace in my parents house. Excellent service!! Everyone from the company that worked with us was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They ensured to find the right heat pump and furnace, and was able to get our AC going same day! We definitely recommend and are very happy with their service. Called them this morning because my air conditioning wasn't working and they were here within 2hrs and had it fixed. Didn't cost an arm and a leg either. Thank you guys
my original review from Bendy and Boris 1964 boris 19645 was a true review after my issues in October and after 3 months finally got to the problem it was an employee that is no longer with Rite temp the lies let me tell you it is too much to put in writing I still was not sure so I reached out to my attorney I got the name and number of the license holder for Rite temp and OMG Rebecca was right this company bent over backwards for all the mistakes of this fired employee made and they made everything right and more Thank you Brent Bob and Rebecca you will always have my business
