Just like their name "Quality"...on time, clean uniform, polite, knowledgeable young man had the best attitude, and explained the situation with my heat pump in detail, he gave me options on how to set up my heat pump and the electric heat. Gave me his HONEST opinion if he was in my boat. Had it figured out and fixed in no time. Now i have them do my spring and fall maintenance with filter changes every year. GREAT COMPANY 👍

Quality Air installed a furnace for me a year ago, and did a fantastic job. They worked with me on finding the right furnace for my budget, and installed it in a professional manner. Technician Matt recently completed an annual maintenance check for me, and I was incredibly pleased with his work. He offered helpful guidance for me as the owner, and made sure my furnace was ready for the winter. I have used other companies prior to finding Quality Air, and Quality Air has been the best by far!

Great service, they take care of our heating and cooling at work. I called for a problem at home and they came that evening and figured out what I needed and came back the next morning to repair. Excellent service.

Matt was an absolute pro in every way. Exactly the experience you hope for by going with a smaller, hometown shop. Helped me extend the life of my current unit a bit more. They will be my first call when I replace the unit all together next summer.

Alex and Lidio were prompt and detailed and got old furnace out and new in. Very clean and professional. Made sure everything worked properly and explained everything. Ryan (salesperson) was very accommodating and had everything available for us within the next day. Surely don’t want to use anyone else and will be having others I know call them when needed. Matt was our first guy out to assess and he was very professional as well and showed and explained everything to us. A new furnace was our choice and was installed next day.

This was a great experience. The furnace goes out in the middle of winter and the Quality technicians (Lidio and Kaleb) are there first thing Monday @ 9am to fix the heat. When the furnace died, we used the emergency line and someone immediately picked up and sent someone to look at our furnace within an hour. The system got updated and Lidio took the time after to explain everything in detail. The space looked great after the techs had finished and left it very clean and kept the noise to a minimum. A very great experience.

On extremely short notice, Quality did an excellent job of giving me price options and installing a new high efficiency furnace. Lidio and Kaleb were very respectful of my property, worked quickly to remove the old furnace, seamlessly tied in the new furnace to the old A/C and humidifier systems, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up the work area as though they'd never been there.

I called Quality Air on Sunday to have them look at my furnace because it stopped working. They promptly dispatched their technician to my house and figured out what the problem was. The technician told me I needed a new limiter switch because the one in the furnace wasn't resetting when it was tripped. I asked him about how much a limiter switch would cost and he told me it would typically be between $80 and $130 for the switch. I then asked if there would be more labor charge and he told me no. I was charged $200 for the service call which took less than a half an hour to do which I knew would be expensive because they told me it was double time on a Sunday. The technician said he did not have the part on hand and was going to order a switch for my furnace. He told me he would send me a text message on Monday to let me know when the switch would be available. Monday came by and went I heard nothing from this technician so on Tuesday in the afternoon I called Quality Air and talked to Mandy. Mandy did not know if they had received the part yet and went to check on it I had to leave so I had her just leave me a message on my phone if to tell me what she found out. Mandy left me a message saying that the part had just come in and then we can schedule a time to have it installed. I called back to the office and she said the park cost $88 and there's $100 labor charge or service charge or some some kind $100 charge. $100 charge for installing a part that takes two screws and two wires, someone could do it in less than a minute. This is totally unacceptable outrageously rip off pricing. Up until then I was pretty satisfied with the service I received from this company. Too bad my furnace is 23 years old and I probably would've called them to replace it when I'm going to need it in the near future.

I called to receive guidance on prior quotes from other hvac businesses regarding replacement estimates. I spoke with Ryan who was very honest, helpful, and was willing to give me great advice knowing I may not choose ultimately to purchase due to my current home owner's insurance restrictions. Thanks Ryan!

We replaced our 27 year old furnace with a new Carrier system. The installers, Jake and Bill did a great job installing the unit and explained how the new furance operates. I asked for the A Team and I got it. Both men were professional, friendly and knowledgable. I would ask for them again.

Bill and Lidio were very professional — explaining what they were doing during throughout our HVAC installation. Arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with their work and the overall experience with Quality Air. Highly recommend Quality Air and will use them for annual maintenance checks.

Our AC unit was not working and I had an appointment for AC service this afternoon. The technician came early (it is good!). After looking over the the AC, he said the AC needed refrigerant. After working on it for a while, he told me our AC had a refrigerant safety cap and he did not have the tool for it. He started to call his company, trying to solve the problem. I did see him send the photo of the cap out via phone. After several calls, the technician said he did not have the tool and nobody else in the whole company had the tool. He simply drove away and left us in heat wave. The universal refrigerant safety caps key is a common tool for A/C technicians (it is readily available). By the way, the technician also did not put everything back as before. Follow up: Thanks for the owner's response here. He made an effort to locate the key and came to get AC running Saturday (yesterday). I really appreciate the owner's extra effort to help us during the hot day and he is a great guy! I should rate 5 stars for the owner, but as a whole incident I change the original one to four stars. Five stars go to the business.
