Came out and diagnosed and fixed my Split Unit HVAC unit! Professional, affordable and trustworthy. This is the #1 HVAC company in town. Great job
I called them based on a friend’s recommendation. I called on Saturday, made an appointment for Monday. They gave me a time window from 12 to 4. Andrew showed up at 12:30 sharp, was very friendly and agreeable, fixed our issue, and left an hour and a half later. Price for the repair was very reasonable, and when quoted, the estimates for more extensive work seemed very fair as well. I’m grateful to have worked with them and to have them as a resource.
Dan was just here for our annual a/c check up. Fast, friendly and efficient. He explained everything he did. Our system is working fine. Thanks, Dan

Really nice rest area
Northland replaced our aging furnace. The techs were very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. We now have a state of the art furnace for a very reasonable price, compared to all of the competition. Thank you so much!
I couldn't recommend this company enough. Our furnace went completely, and needed to be replaced...in the middle of summer. When the owner came to give the estimate, he was polite and courteous. So, you know the belief that a dog (or any animal) can sense good people. Our dog is a large Rottweiler mix and she's VERY protective and wary of any stranger in the house. She adored the owner when he came, which completely floored me. Even tho one should get multiple estimates for a furnace replacement, i was desperate enough to just take the first offer to get it taken care of, so i cannot speak to the cost, but everything was done in a timely manner and based on just an initial google search, reasonably priced. Highly recommend
Not only is the owner a complete unprofessional but he is also rude. We had him go look at a possible heat pump situation and he decided he didn’t want to do the job and after calling him over and over with excuse after excuse from his office he jumped on the phone to state that he knew he didn’t want to do the job. Then when I tried to get an idea of cost he rambled on about how demanding the customer was and claimed he had himself and an office manager working on the deal. When I finally said “Bill, can you just give me an idea of the cost since you’re not taking the job.” He hung up on us. Avoid this company at all costs!
Today we had our air conditioning system checked. The technician was James. He was prompt, friendly, professional and thorough. We have used this company for years and can highly recommend them for your heating and cooling services.
Professional service, very courteous,,made me feel confident that they know what they are doing, did not try to sell me something that I did not need Jeff is great !!

I cannot say enough about this company!!! From the lady that answered our Sunday call to the owner and technicians who worked on our heating system, each one was absolutely wonderful. I would encourage anyone needing this kind of service to use this company. They represent what great service is. More businesses should follow their example!
I cannot thank Northland Heating and cooling enough, every interaction was great. Excellent customer service and the installers were extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions and went above and beyond. Randy was a huge help and even called the next day to ask if everything was good and answer any additional questions. Again, professional and customer service was always a priority.
