This was the first time we’ve needed to replace or repair our heating and ac systems and everyone at Logan Services was amazing. We worked with Damen, Alex, and Frank and all 3 were professional and on-time but most importantly, trustworthy and honest. Our system was 11 years old and they did a great job laying out all of our options and what to consider as far as repair vs replacement without putting pressure on us to make a rash decision. Alex and Frank were early to our install appointment which we appreciated and finished faster than we were expecting - we were told the entire install would take between 6-8 hours and they finished in 5 hours. Everything looks neat and clean and Alex did a great job explaining our new system so there was no confusion. Appreciate the work they did and highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Logan! From the time Jeff showed up for the consultation through final install! Jeff was the only person that showed up with materials and information for me to keep. Which I felt was very necessary when I sat down to review my options. Jeff walked us through everything, and provided knowledge and education throughout. When it came the install, Chuck and Victor were just as fantastic! They were kind, and very respectful of our home. They took time to ensure everything was completed safely and accurately but also were very efficient. They were in and out fairly quickly considering both A/C and Furnace were replaced. The attention to detail was spot on and I feel we received a quality install. We reccomend Logan to everyone!
Needed Logan in a pinch, they were able to get someone out same day to help me troubleshoot and resolve my issue. Nathan Dodds was very professional and helpful.
I was lucky enough to have been tended to by Service Team Manager, Nathan Dodds. He was timely, professional, courteous and most helpful. He educated me on several matters to note and how to best maintain my aircon. He's a total asset to Logan Services and will seek him out going forward. Economical approach/advice.
I utilized this company to install a ductless minisplit in my home. Pricing was fair. Where Logan steps past expectations is professionalism, and ability to do the job on time to standard. The only "issue" I had was with a policy in place to help with busy season that I was made aware of early in the process. I was hoping for a 3-1 unit and was limited to 2-1 with the chance they could come back after busy season to install a 3rd head unit. I wish I could pay for the 3rd unit before hand which could be stored and installed after busy season. With that I was never mislead in my options and truly appreciate everyone who helped me in the process. A father and son team installed my unit a day quicker than qouted. The time given for my appointment was the true time. I did not have anyone show up late or unprofessional in the process
Just had a new AC and furnace installed today. Derec listened to all our concerns and answered all our questions. Rick and Willie were a great installation team. Very professional all around. I would recommend Logan's services to all my friends and family. Thank you again guys for all your hard work. I can feel the cool already.

Do not do business with them. They were great during the install but after almost a year it started developing a periodic noise which I recorded and played for them. They consistently blamed my Nest thermostat eventhough i called Trane and they said it is compatible. After 5 visits from different techs over 3 years they basically told me I will have to just let it break (they also charged me for this visit which they later refunded after the service manager called me and told me that they would refund it but I can never call them again). This year when I went out to test the a/c the compressor won't turn on. I called Franklin Heating and Cooling, who came out, walked me through exactly what they were seeing and provided a solution along with some recommendations to prolong the life on the a/c. ###response to owners response. I see you failed to mention that the visit where your tech installed the Trane supplied thermostat and the unit still made the same noise ###

They were very accommodating for my needed time frame and even had a tech come up from a different city. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I knew after a few minutes with talking to him I could trust his advice. He took his time and did an excellent job. Highly recommend ! Great customer service too!
Damen is awesome! We had an issue with our AC not working last week, Damen came out and told us what the issue was. Today, we had our tuneup done and he did a great job at explaining everything to me. Thank you, Damen!!

We had a dying air conditioner so we scheduled an estimate. Brian came out and reviewed the options and understood our needs. We got installation a couple days later. Kyle K and Jake were on time and ready to work. They were courteous, clean, and knowledgeable. They finished the job without taking a break and were done early. It is nice to have service people come and set everything up in a tidy way. Great job explaining how to keep things in order and use the new system!
Very happy with my new mini-split! Installer Alex and helper Frank, did an outstanding job. They were on time, professional, and gave very thorough instructions on how to operate unit. They did an awesome job, treated my home with care, sweeping up any debris and making sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Logan A/C Services.
We live in West Jefferson. Old ac unit shorted out on Monday, sales rep Scott was here the next day, explained different options. We made our choice and today a super team consisting of Chuck,Victor and Mike made an impossible install look easy. Thank all involved
Austin S was our consultant and Chuck and Victor did our installation, very professional and respectful of our property. We have 2 crazy dogs and they worked very well despite the constant barking. Work was carried out very fast and rubbish was removed from the property.

Kyle and Mike did a great job installing our new heatpump system! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Plus they were very kind and patient with our crazy dogs! We’re really glad we went with this company and that these guys installed the system! 😄🐕🦺🐩
We had our Trane AC & furnace replaced. Scott was helpful providing a variety of sales options. Chuck, Victor & Kaylin completed then completed the installation in one day. They were professional, knowledgeable & a pleasure to work with!
