I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is! From the owner coming out and giving me quotes for different scenarios, then helping me get financing. The office staff (Donna) has excellent customer service skills, something you don't find often enough these days. She is always friendly and helpful and quick with a response. And last, but far from least, were my installers. They were personable and did a fantastic job. When the install was complete I was instructed on how my new system worked and everything I needed to know on maintaince schedules and who to contact. I really liked that there was a senior tech teaching a helper/trainee. The senior tech was patient and never condescending to his helper. Great job Legacy Heating and Cooling!
Legacy has serviced our heating system and installed a new ac system. Team responds quickly and is capable and friendly. They came the same day when systems weren’t working.

Update: Today, 10/28/2022 a small natural gas leak was discovered at one of the pipe connections going to my furnace. I got ahold of Chris from Legacy and he came straight over and fixed the issue. Top notch customer service! It's nice to know if there's a problem, Chris or someone from Legacy will be on top of it. I recently had a new HVAC system installed in my house and I have to say I am very pleased with the quality of service and the product that I got from Legacy heating and cooling. The team at Legacy were professional, kind and punctual. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for service, repair or replacement of their HVAC system.
When I called to have someone come out and look at my furnace, they were really nice and friendly, very accommodating. They were able to get someone out to me very soon when a lot of other places I called said they were booked for a month to two months. My new furnace and ac have been great and I loved their service and how nice everyone was. I was really nervous about this experience because I'm a new homeowner, but they made it so easy for me.

What a wonderful experience! Our tech, Strickler, was punctual, polite, and professional. His explanations were easy to understand and the pricing was fair and affordable. He was respectful of our home and family. We will definitely be using this company for our future needs. Thank you! *Edited to add that we used this company again to install a new air conditioner, furnace, and thermostat. Chris came out and gave us a detailed and exact estimate. Brian and Cody came two days later and did an amazing job on the installation. All three were a pleasure to work with and made the entire experience effortless. Called on a Thursday because furnace was not working and we needed to have the shop open on Friday and Saturday. They came the next day and repaired the furnace. The service person was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. He also replaced the filters while he was there. We were very pleased with the service and the cost. We even asked him to quote a job at another business.
Legacy was quick to book our appt. Chris, the technician who provided our service on 12/21/21, provided a call in plenty of time before his arrival. The repair was professional, quick, and at a reasonable cost! I highly recommend Legacy!
