If you need construction supplies, tools, or electrical components, this is the place for you. Staff is friendly and helpful and most things can be ordered in advance online for easy pickup.
Took several minutes before being noticed, but after that employee was very apologetic and had the part right out.. he was very polite and apologized again. Overall good experience.

Grainger refuses to let you talk to anyone in the actual store you are going to be visiting, they assure you the item is in stock at said location, and guess what its out of stock. Has happened multiple times. Refusing to allow me to talk to the rep in store has repeatedly ruined my experience and i only order here if its necessarry

Great service and taking covid SERIOUS!
This has been the worst experienced ever! The first time I placed my order they put in the wrong order. Second time I came back they told me they didn’t finalized the order, please come back tomorrow . Some new guy help me and gave me some bs excuse “glitch”. Please keep in mind it’s a 45 mins drive. They really need to spend more time training new people before putting them on the floor. Wasting people valuable time!!!
I went in and was asked if I needed help right away which is good. however, the man helping me was not very friendly or courteous and no one else even looked my direction. they do not take calls in to the store so if you have a question or concern, you have to call their call center and get through 10 questions about your account and your freaking mothers middle name before you can ask a question about a part or a service. very apathetic crew.
