Isaac did our air duct cleaning and we're very pleased. He was extremely professional and courteous. There's a video on the website explaining the entire process which is helpful and Isaac gave another follow-up demonstration in our home. He took care to cover our floors, protect our staircase and cover his shoes. He showed us before and after pictures of our ducts after completing the cleaning and they looked fantastic.
Harry did great! Very professional, always smiling. F&I has a winner on their hands!
Luke Priday was awesome!!! Very knowledgeable knows his stuff!!! Always prompt!! Professional !! and courteous! He's been out to our home twice and both times he made us feel at ease with his ability to troubleshoot and repair our units. He is definitely an asset to Fire and Ice!!!
Billie H. was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain things about the system and did great work repairing my ductwork. He even gave me tips on system maintenance and things i could do myself to improve performance. Their pricing was incredibly good in my opinion for the work and time that was put into my appointment. Will use them again in the future.
Our apartment complex used Fire & Ice to replace our HVAC system. Nick and Heman were our technicians, and both were professional. They made sure everything was working properly before they left, and that we understood the new thermostat. I would recommend this company.

Tried Fire and Ice to do scheduled maintenance. Harry was very professional and did more than expected. Maintenance plan seemed very affordable and worth the price. Fire & Ice is more customer friendly than other companies I’ve used.
Fire and Ice technician Adam arrived well within the time frame I was given. He was friendly and professional. I was given a full detailed report of what he checked during my annual A/C check. Answered all my questions and provided additional info on humidifier and dehumidifier systems.
Luke called to say there has been a cancellation and he could come to our house next. This was a huge help when our ac was not working. He was very knowledgeable and quickly solved the problem.
I called Fire & Ice when my A/C wouldn't keep my home cool. There was cold air coming out of the vents, but just not enough. I called and spoke with Micah. She was very helpful and thorough. A tech was sent out to run diagnostics. The day of my appointment I received a reminder along with photo of the tech. I appreciate that extra level of comfort. Adam Lechler was the tech assigned. He was very professional. He had so much patience while I asked him tons of questions. He really helped me understand how my system works, how to get into regular maintenance plans for what is needed to keep the system running smooth. I appreciate the professionalism of the people I interacted with. So glad my house is super chilly now.
Colby was on time. He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful and fixed a few issues with my furnace. He also cleaned up when he was done. I would use him again!

Very pleased with the quality of care I received from Kyle and the support from others at Fire & Ice. Kyle messaged before arriving and did a thorough inspection of my AC system. He also installed a new thermostat when my old one was producing heat instead of cooling the air. I bought a maintenance plan and plan to stay with Fire&Ice as long as they are open for business.
We came home one Sunday evening after going out to dinner to find a warm house. Our A/C had stopped working. We assumed it would be days or weeks before we could find someone to help. Our first call was to Fire & Ice. I was surprised when less than 30 minutes later Adam Lechler called me. After a few minutes of explaining what our issue was, he said he could be at our house in 30 minutes. He was very clear and open about the fee for after hours, ensuring that we were not surprised, which I very much appreciated. Just like he said, he was at our house 30 minutes later and quickly started to troubleshoot the issue. He was great at explaining what he was doing and why. And when he discovered the issue, he was able to fix the issue and had our house cooling off quickly. He took a few extra minutes to explain some of the inner workings of our HVAC, and how the safety features stopped a clogged drain from causing much more trouble for our system. I was so impressed with Adam Lechler that I signed up for a maintenance plan that night, while he was still there. He was professional and patient. Not only would I be glad to have Adam back at my home for any issues we may have, I'll gladly work with and recommend Fire and Ice to everyone.
We get twice yearly checkups on our HVAC system and our most recent experience with Adam L was fantastic! He was personable and kept us in the loop on how everything looked and what to expect. Thanks!
I just had an AC tune-up completed by Fire and Ice. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Lane was my service technician today and he was awesome. Not only was he knowledgeable about what he was doing but kind and friendly as well. My unit is an older model, he gave me a few recommendations on keeping this unit running a big longer and efficiently. I would recommend Fire and Ice to anyone and everyone. If they have employees that are all on the same level as Lane, you are running a damn good business. Keep up the good work, you will always have my business.
I’m pleased with the results of my AC and heating unit. Demetrius and Floyd were kind but most importantly professional. They asked me if I had any questions along the process. I felt comfortable with them being in my home and paying attention to details. They cleaned up after themselves, and showed me how to operate my new system. I highly recommend Fire and ICE for your HVAC needs.
Installers Carlos and Floyd are the best. They are very courteous and professional. Went above and beyond to help in any way necessary for easy installation. An excellent job and everything was top grade.
Fire and Ice Heating & Air Conditioning is truly a trustworthy company! Our AC broke, and after we replaced the capacitor it still didn't work. We called another company and were told we would need to repair or possibly replace the system. It wasn't cheap, and we were worried, so we contacted Fire and Ice for an additional quote to replace the whole AC system. Luke Watson came out and looked at the system. He was very honest with us, talking us through different options and explaining their cost/ impact to our electricity bill. Everything was explained in a way that made a stressful time a little easier. He didn't push us to pay for a replacement, rather he asked us why we were looking at replacing the system. He outlined the positives and negatives of replacement vs repair and was very understanding of our concerns about cost. We decided to go ahead and have them do an additional diagnostic check for us, just in case. Man am I glad we did! Luke Priday was able to come out to our house the same day and look at our AC. He easily recognized that our capacitor repair had worked, however we had bumped a wire lose while reattaching the panel. Luke made the fix for us during his diagnostic check and got our AC running the same day! We were so impressed with the honesty, efficiency, and knowledgeability of Fire and Ice that we are going to sign up for their maintenance program for our HVAC system!
I recently purchased a Carrier furnace from Fire & Ice because of the value and quality of the Carrier product. I did a comparative analysis with other vendors and deep dived into ratings from bbb and other accredited platforms and realized the professionalism of the salesperson, and their experienced installation team. Their installation team, Demetrius and Floyd, arrived on time, they're extremely courteous, and did an outstanding job. They are highly trained and experienced and very concious on not damaging the floor or any area during hvac replacement. I especially appreciated how they laid a protective covering on our floor. Thank you for all the great service and it was a pleasure doing business with this wonderful team. My house has been cooler than before with a fusion of fire and ice in it.
