I hired this company last year to fix my air conditioning on a weekend which they said they fixed the issue. After that I also scheduled maintenance and checkups. This year I go to turn on my air conditioner on again and it isn’t working with the same issue as last year. I called to schedule someone to come out saying same problem and I would not only have to pay a service charge fee, but also what they would need to fix it. Going with another company
My AC unit had a small leak in its refrigerant line, so I called Dor-Mar to come take a look at it. Dor-Mar diagnosed the issue and attempted a fix, re-brazing where the copper refrigerant line attaches to the elbow on the AC unit. The unit worked for a few months, and was then switched off for the winter. During the most recent wave of warm weather, I flipped the unit back on to find that it seems to have lost all of its refrigerant again, due to the refrigerant line freezing after the unit ran for a few hours. I contacted Dor-Mar to ask about this and see if they could take a look at it, and they responded to me saying that this is no longer covered under warranty since it "ran all summer without issues". So between the the initial service call with Dor-Mar and the "fix" that I paid for, I am out $571.59 and back to where I started in July of last year. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
Hot water heater maintenance was done for us. The work was done professionally and efficiently. The technician was nice, polite and went about his work. The work was done quickly and he left our house after cleaning up. Great work!

Dor Mar, and Wes, the service technician, were great. Our furnace was acting flakey, and they came out quickly to help. They diagnosed the problem on the first visit and were able to narrow the cause to two parts that they were then able to acquire under the original manufacturer's warrantee. They got the parts quickly and came out and efficiently implemented the repair. Furnace has been operating well since.

Dor Mar Heating and Cooling, and technician Wes Frasure specifically, are fantastic! They showed up incredibly quick, diagnosed and fixed the heating issue in no time flat. They are my new go to for all my HVAC (and the many other things they do) issues from now on.
We had a new furnace installed and duct cleaning. The service techs were awesome . I would definitely recommend this company. It was a great experience from start to finish.
Installers and QA inspector were professional and courteous, answering questions as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. They are good enough that this is my family’s 3rd time using them for 3 different houses. We will definitely use them again should future residences require it.
Ultimately, I chose a different company. I was slightly turned off by the pay in full before any work was done method. Also the explanation of why that was" people don't pay their bills" was a little off putting. Customer Representative was kind and efficient and honest in her approach. Just not the introduction I was expecting.
My blower motor died and left us without A/C in the summer. These guys came out same day to diagnose and were back ASAP to replace the motor when the part came in. Both techs and the office staff were awesome, highly recommend this company.
Tech arrived without a tall enough ladder and damaged our ceiling by using aluminum ceiling supports to access the roof. Still int fix the issue and automatically charged us $220 more than the quoted price. After politely discussing with the manager what happened and requesting a refund and repair for the damage they ghosted us and said there was nothing they could do.
Wes has been out twice, once to diagnose the problem, ordered a part. Second time to replace the part and unclogged the drain. He was professional and courteous and most importantly knowledgeable. The entire company is great to work with. Would highly recommend
During the diagnostic and HVAC/AC repair service, all 3 techs were extremely knowledgeable, prompt, communicative, friendly and very professional. I was also sent reminders to help me identify what times I had to be available and I was able to balance working from home with each service visit. They’re awesome and the cost matches quality of service. Very happy.
I contacted Dor-Mar to do a reading on a $200 dye test they conducted over a week ago. Scheduled for that Wednesday. Tuesday I was contacted to reschedule for Friday. Set appointment and changed my appointments to meet their schedule even though they claim to be a 24 hr service. Contacted today that they need to reschedule for next week because of THEIR scheduling problems. Had to cancell ALL of MY appointments for the 31st. Not satisfied with THEIR incompetence to set and keep appointments.
I was pleased with the service because, the service tech got right in and did what was necessary and didn't take a lot of time doing it. I gave a 4 star rating because, they were unable to do the original appointment. So, that was an inconvenience to our schedule 📅. It be nice if there was something done for being inconvenience. Other than that it was fine.
Gary went above and beyond to repair our hvac system. His value to this company should be commended. Wes also thank you for coming out so many times. We have heat!!!!
Came out same day appointment. Was friendly and explained in a way to my 85 yr old mother that she could understand the issue. Will definitely call them again if needed
Up charge me 200for a service plan and I call to use it .now they saying it’s 120 to come out during the weekday even I ask the guy who came will we get 3 free service calls if we pay for the plan he said yes. The first one will be waived for the a/c. He said just call back and will do it free of charge since you paid the annual plan. But now I won’t use you guys any more. Mad I wasted extra money trying to support your business and you do this to me
Called several HVAC companies to have someone take a look at my heating and cooling. Was not told there would be a charge on the initial call nor was I told while when they came out there would be a charge. Got an invoice a few weeks later. I called a few other companies that disclosed there would be a service fee over the phone. I had one company let know me before they started there would be a service fee. So I choose Dor Mar because they didn’t have a fee. I called in and to get clarification and they were very rude.
