So far everything has went well. I've not had a problem with my furnace or air conditioner yet. I just got inspection on furnace two days ago. The gentleman who arrived was very nice and actually picked up my over turned trash can and put all the trash back in it for me. That was above and beyond nice. He was very upbeat neat and punctual. He answered all my questions . Very nice company so far. I have read a lot of negativity I find some hard to believe. So far I would recommend them for new instlations.I just had my new air conditioning checked 41520 . It went just as well as the furnace inspection. I was well pleased with every one involved with the new inspection as before. Thank you CJS. 10/20/20 just had my first year furnace inspection for the winter months. Angela, you did a great job. I still recommend CJS. 6/6/2022. Great job always CJS. Technician, She was outstanding, She is from the Dayton area and was great. Did her job extremely well and timely. She kept me informed on all systems and what went wrong. Repaired all. She was neat,cleaned after what was repaired and waited to make sure all was in working order before leaving. Judson is amazing! He showed up exactly on time and was extremely thorough in cleaning both of our units. He also discovered that the tech (also from CJS) that was out two years ago for some reason, unplugged our humidifier. He changed the filter and got it correctly running again. He was a pleasure to work with, being very professional, explained everything well and took the time to do the job right. We will request him again for sure! I have been a customer now with CJS for about 10 years. I trust them and love the maintenance plan so that I get service on my units twice a year and immediate help when needed. The only complaint I have is that they have been lax in getting my services lined up for the semi annual check ups and cleanings for the past TWO years. When I had to call in to schedule my own service call, I stated my concern to the first gal on the phone when she made the comment, " Well there are thousands of you and only 5 of us!" I felt that she was chastising me and that it was my fault for not making sure my account was not overlooked. I thought that is why I pay for the service agreement so that I remain a VIP with CJS and they call me to schedule the tune ups so I don't have to remember to call them. The best way to keep your business growing is keep your current customers happy. Maybe refrain advertising everyday on the radio until you can properly take care of the customers you do have before soliciting new ones. Just a thought.

Upstairs air conditioning unit was not functioning. The heat was getting unbearable and I called CJS to set up an appointment two days prior. Technician arrived the next day first thing in the morning and was punctual and spent ample time diagnosing the problem. Turned out the indoor evaporator coil was leaking and needed replaced along with new refill of refrigerant. He gave me 3 options and told me the repair could be done as soon as next day. I called the customer service once I reviewed my options and decided to go with the medium tier solution. She took down my information and started working to get me processed in the system. She also put a reminder on her calendar to circle back with me by the end of the day. She not only remembered to call me back but she also verified everything was done properly from my end and the system end. Repair technician came out today once again extremely punctual and right on time. Immediately started the work and took about a half day complete along with another technician. He tested the system afterwards from outside and at my request came inside again and tested as well. Saw everything was working properly. He was very nice to speak with and knowledgeable throughout the process. This technician came out both days and I have no complaints. Overall great work by CJS.

Started out as a bad situation of miscommunication where I gave the go ahead on the phone for any repair but they came and left the tenant home by just diagnosing the problem, even when I had mentioned to go ahead with any repair that was needed and they say they were unable to get hold of me to get verbal approval After conversation with the kind technician in the evening, he made arrangements to come out the next day and took care of the problem.
