Very responsive and helpful, however we paid 400 dollars for a 30 dollar part and a 15 minute replacement. I had already done the troubleshooting and ruled a number of things out. I feel like the labor was a bit pricy considering. Next time we won't be calling unless necessary.
I called their hotline at 6pm on a Friday and they were at my house by 8pm and stayed until the job was done. The crew that arrived was professional and polite. I have never had a bad experience with Atlas Butler
Julio was so nice, polite and got right to work! I can’t say enough how impressed I was with everything from the time I called until my problem Was fixed was just over an hour !!!! And it was 8:30 on a Friday night!!!! I will def use them again!
Wow. It’s our first time using atlas butler and I can honestly say I was so impressed with every tech that came out (we had to have 3!). They helped us determine the problem without trying to over charge us. Everyone including the receptionist (thanks Debbie!) were clear, kind, and professional. Their system is great sending a text w a photo of the tech when they are on the way. Super impressed with our last tech, a plumber (thanks James!) who finally helped us determine the problem and write us a fair estimate.
Atlas Butler really cares about their customers. They fixed my issue quickly and professionally. Andrew was my tech and he was outstanding. I would definitely use them again and recommend to all my friends and family.
I'm pleased I decided to go with Atlas Butler for my new HVAC system. Looking forward to the comfort and efficiency. The salesperson and the installers were very professional, did a good job, were helpful, courteous and cleaned up afterward. Definitely recommend.
Got my HVAC replaced last year, they did a good job overall and included a year subscription in their premium service subscription as part of the replacement, which they told me would not be auto-renewed. When I went to use this service, a few months later, the person I talked to said there was no record of my membership and said I wasn't eligible for having my hot water tank flushed. I was annoyed, but as it was a bonus to the HVAC replacement, I didn't fight them on it. Then, I get a call today asking that I update my payment for the premium service as they don't have a payment method on file. So not only was I enrolled in this service the whole time, the service was auto-renewed after I'd been told that would not happen. After explaining my side of the story they first offered to update the payment plan and come out and do the work I'd originally asked for, but was denied, as though that would some how make up for the fact that I should have already received the service without having to pay anymore. They agreed to cancel the subscription, but in the end I'm left feeling cheated and lied to. Whether it was malice or incompetence, I don't know, but I do know I won't be trusting them, or using them from here on out.
The technician, James R., was great. He diagnosed the issue and took time to explain what was happening to the AC unit and what my options were.
Although we ended up purchasing a new unit. Not what we were hoping for. We did not feel pressured, we were just presented the facts and were able to make our decision based on them. Spencer Schmitt was very informative and professional.
Chris was very professional, efficient, as well as very friendly. Had our ac back up and running quickly. Very pleased.
I called three other places and all told me it would be at least 2-3 days before someone could come out and service my AC unit. They were too busy due to the influx of calls over the weekend. I had not expected to find anyone who would be able to come sooner but tried Atlas Butler anyways. They came within the hour! I had my AC fixed 30 min after Nick’s arrival. I usually don’t leave reviews but I am so happy I didn’t have to go the next three days in 90 degree weather without AC. Nick was polite and efficient. The only thing I would say negative is they are way too expensive. I know I would’ve gotten a better deal with another company. Probably would not use them again unless in a pinch and needed someone right away.
Had an emergency sump pump issue. Tech was there at time stated and worked to replace the sump pump. In an out in 2 hours. Donnie was polite and personable. Very pleased with service and price on a Sunday, July 4th weekend.
My technician was very nice, very knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away. He sent a notice ahead of time, and arrived very quickly. Atlas doesn't charge extra for weekend services either, so that was appreciated. I will call them again if I ever need to. Thank you very much.
Outstanding help with a failed air conditioning system. Nate was an excellent technician who was able to quickly troubleshoot the failed component and I was back in business in short order. He was on time with courteous arrival updates by text and phone. He wore booties on his feet without me asking, which I would have as we don shoes in the house. Over all great service and prices for the work performed.
It was very informative, but a little scare tactic used. Technician was very eager to sell a replacement unit than to provide a reasonable repair option. Will consider a replacement option at a later date. Thx.
First of all I have a degenerative muscle disease that worsens when humid or hot. Because the unit was iced up they had to return the next day. Scott Chestnut showed up and found the problem. However, as it was a Sunday he did not have access to the needed part from a competitor AC. Scott said he would return as soon as they could get the part and he was good to his word!! Day 4 and 85 inside my home he returned and worked hours restoring my unit. It will take a bit of time for my body to recuperate but but thanks to Scott I can sleep again!! As an Elite Service customer I am grateful for the prompt responses and professionalism received across the board. Thanks Atlas Butler.

Atlas butler is amazing! We have had four different associates out in the last 24 hours after our AC unit stopped working and they have all been so professional, helpful, and great to work for. I would highly recommend them. Sam who came today to install the new unit was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!
Came out fair conditioner repair but ended up deciding to replace heater and air. Repair guys was polite, explained all his findings- discussed repair vs replacement pros and cons as well as pricing and maintenance service agreement. He even played a bit with my 11 month old twin grandsons who were curious about this new person in the house.
An extremely unreliable, untrustworthy, dishonest and unprofessional company. I called Atlas Butler when my heat pump stopped working suddenly, thinking they were a reliable and trusted company based on the advertisements seen around Columbus. The technician said the circuit board in the outdoor unit was broken, and would cost over $1,500 to fix before being able to test what is wrong with the unit. He advised on getting an entirely new heat pump instead of paying $1,500 for something that may not be fixable. He said it would be about $8,000 for a new heat pump. The sales person came to our home that same day and quoted us $15K-$20K for a new heat pump and said the technician never should have quoted us $8K (which upon more research is about what a heat pump would truly cost). LUCKILY we got a second opinion - turns out, a fuse broke and the fix cost us less than $100, including the service fee. It's truly sad that a company like Atlas Butler is in our communities taking advantage of customers. I would never recommend this company to anyone, ever.
