Justin C. was prompt and on time. We had questions on different projects and he took the time to review our options and what was best for us. Once we decided on what we wanted done Justin explained the process in great detail and let us know an estimated time. He executed on all the tasks, projects were completed to extreme satisfaction, and left the work areas clean. Justin was great to work with and will be requesting him again for future needs.

Thoroughly disappointed with Apex and their poor customer service. I scheduled a plumbing service and confirmed via telephone and text for the following day, 8am to 1pm service window. At 1:15pm, I called to check status and was told I was bumped to 1 to 6pm service window, without any notification. I was assured by the CSR (who was very apologetic and offered a $25 credit for the inconvenience) that I would be the next stop. A few minutes later, I received a text from “Bo” stating they wouldn’t be making it out because they had a large number of emergency plumbing calls but they would be happy to make me the first stop Monday morning. I responded no thank you, that I would take my business to someone who values me as a customer and has respect for my time. Just a thought, perhaps you should have staff to cover your scheduled services.

Apex Plumbing was on the job before we even gave them the job. They provided expert information and prompt customer service, maintaining communication every step of the way during our shopping for a good deal. Shawn, their service technician arrived on time, was pleasant and very professional and diligent about matters throughout the entire process. After the job was done, he gave great tips on recurrence prevention (clogged pipes) that we found to be quite helpful and will activate immediately. His work was top notch and left us as very satisfied customers. I will definitely be calling on him/them should any other needs present themselves that fit within the parameters of their services. He's only been gone a few minutes, but he's made our day before it's truly begun.

Good advertising gets you business but does not mean you're good at your job. Not sure how you get a rating when you never show up. 1 star only cause there is no 0. Called and set up an appointment. They were one of a couple scheduled to come out and give me a quote. They never showed up during their scheduled time or even bothered to call me and tell me they were running late. I called back an hour after and told them that I had a very small window that they could still show up in, if they could make it. Yet again, missed that window and never reached out to me, then had the nerve to send me a text about an hour later saying that a technician was on the way. I made it clear to not show up after that window because no one would be available. Maybe you will have better luck with them showing but if you can't even show up for a quote, I'm going to have to believe that you're not going to show up to do the work either.

I had a problem with the air conditioner and contacted Apex on Friday night. They sent someone out on Saturday and he was a great individual. Friendly, nice, smart and did a great job in repairing my unit. If I have a need in the future, I will be contacting Apex. Sorry I don’t remember the individuals name. I have a short memory and I am terrible with names.

We are very satisfied Apex Plumbing customers. We had both our sewer and water mains replaced running from the house out to almost the road. Todd Stewart from sales came out for a free estimate and gave us a quote right then and there. He took time addressing all of our questions and concerns and even got us on the schedule for a start date. Robert Whitney led the way for the outside crew with the backhoe. He was efficient and did an excellent job digging out the pathway for the new lines and replacing the dirt when the lines were in. The crew even raked out the grass to help resettle the lawn. The company as a whole was very organized. We received a text message with a photo, the name of the foreman, and the time window they would arrive within for each crew every morning before they came. They also knew exactly how long the job would take and within the hour of them getting the lines in, the city showed up for their pre-scheduled inspections which they passed with flying colors. We also have a crew working on rough plumbing inside the house led by David Good. They have all been very professional. They walked the house with us and then explained the process before they started. They will finish within a few days but everything looks great so far. When I commented that they ran the water lines so straight, they smiled and said they did it by using a laser! We are impressed!!!! Thank you Apex team!!!!!

I called in looking to get my ac unit cleaned and inspected. The lady couldn’t give me pricing so I let her know I would continue to look around. She called me back an hour later letting me know they had a coupon to clean the interior and exterior coils and do the inspection for $29.00. Technicians arrived started doing their thing professionally. Then they asked for payment. I said what are you talking about, all you did was hose off the outside unit and test it. You need to clean the coils inside the house and outside. They advised that the coupon for a $29.00 cleaning didn’t include inside coil and only included a gentle outdoor wash. So I payed for them to do the same thing I do every 6 mths. Not a good deal and really sketchy sales tactics. I will keep my appointment with true north and never use this company again.

Thomas Case was an excellent technician. Absolutely the best we have ever had. Knowledgeable and thorough. I did not appreciate the 2 sales persons who came from Apex. Hardballing, tried to get us to buy an inferior product, a Goodman ac unit, super high priced . They did come down on the price but still were very high. They somehow missed the glaring, obvious safety issue the technician spotted. They were just greedy. Ask for Thomas Case, great technician, but beware of the sales people.

My water heater went out and Apex was out the next morning and replaced it within 2 hours. The customer service was incredible from the time I made the appointment to the time the Super friendly technicians came in and did the replacement. Unfortunately, when we got home from work the whole house smelled like gas. It was a pretty steady leak coming from the piping going to it. The customer service from this point was less than satisfactory. For something as serious as a gas leak, there was no direction from apex on what to do then and very little urgency other than a representative coming out 15 hours later with the same 5 hour time window. I already took off Half a day to be available and now I’m potentially losing half of my day off and canceling plans for an unfinished job.
