My Mom had a service contact for 21 years with Airtron. Her gas furnace flue, located right at the furnace, was 50% blocked with sediment (photos attached) causing the furnace to shut down prematurely. I learned this during the process of selling the house after her death. Despicable. They charged me an extraordinary amount of money to fix a problem they should have caught previously. The service/billing department should wear masks. They are thieves..

I want to Thank Airtron for their professional help on me deciding which company I was going to use for the purchase of a new AC unit..I'm new at this so I wanted to make sure I shopped around before I purchase,oI had 4 other companies out,Yes 4..Airtron was my 1st,and I have to say I was very impressed with the sales lady who came our,Karen Sweda..She was very kind,helpful and answered any questions I had,and then some.I told her I would get back to her if I was interested,and I told her I was shopping around and she respectful of that and I appreciate it..I continued to have others put,and these were ompanies who have been around for awhile and have a good reputation as well..A few was around the same price,1 was little higher and they offered a 3 yr Labor and Service,which was very tempting I have to say but...1 company told me they only install both AC and Furnace which I don't believe thats true..After couple days of this I decided on Airtron and I'm so glad I did.I gave Karen a call back and told her I would be using their Credit com,she sent me the application,which was so easy and onlytook2 mins..She calls me the next day and we schedule for 2 days later..At 9:00 am, I had 2 very kind and well knowledgeable men here who I would like to acknowledge..Keenan McNeal and Cristopher Short... They both were very helpful in letting me know what they was doing.Explained the new thermostat to me and asked if I had any other questions..I'm so pleased with doing business with Airtron,and I would refer them to anyone!! Sean and Darryl were the technicians who worked hard to discover the problem with my thermostat and reset it correctly, explained the filter I should be using, and got my system ready for summer. We are most pleased!

The maintenance person Abdul Dil was on time, very professional and did a very good job checking the furnace and Cooling system.
Called last night and the Technician (Chuck) was here by 9:30am the next morning. Explained all my options and was able to scheduled install on new furnace for same day.
Yancy came out with only a few hours notice when our heating failed. He systematically troubleshot the system until he found the issue. 10/10 service, highly recommend!
Abdul called ahead & arrived within 15 minutes. Within a short time he determined what had caused the problem with the furnace's failure to cycle into a new heating period: small pieces of leaves had made it into the unit. He also checked the external air intake and outflow conduits and suggested putting some form of screen over the intake to prevent small leaves from being sucked in. He also noted that it was time to change the filter.
He was friendly, very competent, and professional. He took care of the problem in a timely manner. Great company! Great service! Thanks so much!
Excellent service call. Mr. Barton got our hvac up and warming in a minimum of time. That included traveling to get a new motor and installing it. We are extremely satisfied with him and with Airtron.
