After about 2 months of trying to get some other local businesses to respond to our requests for service and get out to us in a timely manner for some maintenance related things, we finally got ahold of Airecom... They were out the very next morning and got our cooler functioning in time for a busy Friday morning. Where others failed to be professional and timely, Airecom was immediately there and repaired our equipment. We then started to schedule a walkthrough to be able to have them come and do routine maintenance on a regular basis going forward and they were immediately right back on site only 30 minutes after they just left from the first job. They were nice, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and work with, and they do just about anything we could need... they are so multi talented so we'll be able to just use one company for a LOT of our needs. Which is convenient, and helpful for a business that has all manner of people who may be calling in for maintenance needs. Thank you Michael Rea and the Airecom team. We look forward to turning to you primarily going forward.
MJ was extremely nice and got our problem solved quickly. Working in a restaurant with hot objects around, ac is extremely important to us. He came out yesterday found the problem and was unable to finish right then and there but came early in the morning to solve the issue and explained very well what the problem was and how to prevent it again. Will be going back!

I have been dealing with Airecom for the better part of the last 16 years. I have nothing but positive things to say. I think that what defines a service company like this is how they treat you and how they act when something bad is happening. They have always came through for me.

Called them out for a couple of issues we were having at a restaurant that I manage and they were very prompt and knowledgeable about the issues we were having and able to get the parts we needed and fix the problem almost immediately. Prices are very reasonable compared to other places we have used in the past. I definitely recommend them for any heating, cooling, or refrigeration issues you may have.
Brought in an older BeverageAire cooler that wasn't cooling. Expected to drop it off and have them go through it. David the operations manager greeted me and offered to plug it in and do a quick check to see what might be wrong. After a short look he found a capacitor was needed and it was low on freon. He sent a tech out to pickup a capacitor. They installed the capacitor, added freon and had it cooling within an hour. Very friendly and honest with the repair. Definitely recommend for any HVAC service and will be contacting them with my next challenge.

Was not happy with the over all experience. But I don't have anything really bad to say other than just bad timing on both parties.
Had an issue with my old furnace. Another company wanted minimum $8,000 to replace and said that was the only option. I called AireCom and they confirmed that the mercury setting was off on the thermostat. Cost me next to nothing vs. $8k that the other company wanted. God bless you guys for being honest professionals. I feel like I owe you guys after that! Will be using you in the future for all of my Cbus rentals and home. Thank you.
