I had a great experience working with Airfast! The girls in the office were friendly and helpful, they were able to get the technician over to my house within 48 hours and the repair was quick and affordable. I would recommend this company for all of your HVAC services!

Our Thermostat went out thus we had no heat. Our warranty company originally suggested a different company who had Horrific reviews. So I called back and requested another company. They suggested Airfast Heating & Cooling Inc. Called on a Saturday & “Tyler” came that Monday. My husband was there for the majority of the install and said Tyler was very knowledgeable , professional and fast. After he left my family heard a noise coming from our heater. I called back explained what happened. They apologized & sent Tyler back. My husband (who’s very particular) was there again. He said Tyler went back and checked everything again and discovered there was some debris that came through the heating vent outside that landed inside our heater thus causing the issue. He also reminded us not to block the heating vent with our couch because dust build up. He was kind enough and shop vac the dusted area. He reexplained what he did to me and was on his way. We definitely recommend “Tyler” with Airfast Heating & Cooling and definitely will use them again. Thanks Again Tyler!!!

This place is a complete joke. If your warranty company wants to use them, tell them NO! Technicians came out to diagnose/repair my dishwasher…2 months later it’s still not fixed and to top it off Airfast told my warranty company they never came to my house to diagnose anything. Too bad I have a copy of the invoice your tech left with me. They never answer their phones and never return messages. Again DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this place.

After waiting 4 mo to have a range repaired, Airfast was never able to repair the range. As of today we have been lied to several times that proof of the unrepairable range has been sent in the mail. Megan has the worst customer service ever! I will never use or refer this company to anyone! Horrible experience!!!!

Airfast is a quality company. I worked very closely with Megan regarding a warranty issue and she went beyond the call of duty to fix the issue. She is very kind, professional and focused. She followed up consistently to make me aware of where things stood. I am very pleased with this company and hats off to Megan for a job well done.

The WORST service ever and rude to top it off! First, I was placed with this company as part of Sears Home Warranty plan (DO NOT BUY!). 3 of the 6 times they came out, I had to pay $100 per the warranty co-pay. I had a central air unit (heat pump) system. First they said the freon was low so they charged it up - a day later whatever quick fix didnt last. A week later they returned (different guy) who said the unit was over loaded with freon and that it needed to be drained. A day or two later no a/c again. Another time they said my filter was dirty and thats why it was not working (each time prior they checked the filter and said it good). Eventually they kept saying it was a different problem until summer was over and they proclaimed I need a new furnace (my furnace was less than 5 years old). I argued that if anything it was the heat pump or the lines connecting the heat pump to the furnace but the warranty company said that I had to have the furnace replaced. I was told I had to pay $395 for required payment (for what I'm still not sure). So they replaced it in December and turned on the heat. No warranty paperwork, no service documents - just done and gone. Now summer hits and the A/C does not work STILL! Sears Home Warranty won't do anything because they said when they paid for a new unit, the company that put it in is responsible. I called AirFast and they said they would not look at their own workmanship without an $85 trip fee. DO NOT Use This Company!!!

They were dispatched by my home warranty company to work on my clothes washer. They ordered nearly $600 of unnecessary parts. They responded quickly and were courteous.

Be very careful if you see one of their vans out on the road. Nearly was runoff the road today by a van going more than 30 over the speed limit, swerving in and out of traffic, using no signals and with equipment on their roof that was rattling and shaking so not properly tied or fastened down.. Be very careful if you see one of their vans out on the road. Nearly was run off the road today by a van going more than 30 over the speed limit, swerving in and out of traffic, using no signals and with equipment on their roof that was rattling and shaking so not properly tied or fastened down. It stands to reason that if they’re that irresponsible and dangerous on the road, that you shouldn’t trust them with any kind of machinery.

Where do l begin besides the quality of work that had to be redone with the furnace. The MOST important thing EVERYONE should know are the FEES they LIE about that are not covered by your home warranty. Question everything if you live in Ohio there are NO FEES or PERMITS or Code FEES , NO Carbon Monoxide Detector fee , NO Thermostat fee for air conditioners or furnace installation. They will tell you to pay $250 EACH for thermostat and carbon monoxide detectors and $250 to $$275 for permits and fees $50 for codes etc .So please beware and l am reporting them to the Attorney General Office as well .Again so that l am clear with everyone there are no permits or fees for heating or cooling in Ohio . I called and verified everything l am telling you . Your new furnace comes with thermostat already included in the box. Your air conditioner comes with everything included as well. You don’t need to pay for carbon monoxide detector it’s NOT mandatory unless you want one . If you do want one BUY your OWN for $25 at Lowe’s or Home Depot. I caught them with their deceitful business practices. I hope to save people the stress of being taken advantage of when so many people are struggling to take care of their families due to COVID-19. And this company wants to price gauge and cause more stress and take your money that you need to support your household . If you were charged any of any of these items which would have cost you almost an extra $700 call Attorney General and file a complaint!

In a very short summary, they replaced my furnace unit. After this, there installer did not install this unit successfully (according to the next guy that they sent out). This unseccesful install cause water to leak across my entire laundry room floor. I was left to clean this entire room which included ripping out the entire floor and cleaning all the black mold that it caused. From this, they decided that $250.00 was enough for any repair that was needed. After showing them all the evidence and their repairman came to reassess and said it was there fault, they wanted to take no ownership of the problem and left me out to dry. Additionally, the office was so unprofessional that they made the decision to have me work through there technician for the overall issue of who is accountable. There front office wasn’t wanting to deal with this so they just pawned it off. An example of how poor this company was, there repairman wasn’t ever supplied with correct ductwork tape (metal kind) but instead was supplied with black tape which was a tape between duct tape and gorilla tape. Overall one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

So far so good.... came out as scheduled last Friday. Great service for initial consult. Said my furnace is condemned. It’s covered under home warranty but if it isn’t covered 100% then I might need a second opinion. I really hope they pull through to make this is an even better experience. If so, I’ll know who to call in need. I’ll make another review upon completion of work.

This is the worst company I had to deal with. My home warranty company used them for a problem with our stove and water tank. They guy that came out didn't know what he was doing at all. He said our stove wouldn't heat because of a broken heating element, wrong it was a total different problem. We had to have another company come out for a second opinion and they was even cheaper. They found the problem and fixed it. So now for my hot water tank. My wife wanted to fix a pressure valve drip. The drip wasn't even that bad a drip every other day or so. Well they came out ( the oven and water tank was the same day visit) and looked at it the guy said our water tank was not able to be fixed. But why did he open the pressure valve? After that the little drip every other say turned in a stream and instead of him turing off the water he left it on and when i got home from work my whole hallway and 2 bedrooms was soaked. Now i have to replace the wood flooring in my hallway and my bedroom. We tried to call to talk to a manager, we got the office manager and she ends up giving my wife the run around and pretty much said it was our fault. They wanted 1200 to replace the water tank. We ended up having another company come out and replace the pressure valve and the tank is fixed. Bad company with bad workers. The BBB needs to evaluate this place and see if they are making up stuff or breaking stuff intentionally to have you pay more. Avoid Airfast.

After 2 weeks of them telling us they would have someone out “today” nothing has been done at all and now it will be another week before they can get us back on the schedule. Everyone I have talked to at the company has a different story of what’s going on. They are unorganized and unprofessional and I will not try and use their services again.
