Able to work with my schedule. Showed up on time. Very fast installation (30 minutes.) Removed packaging. Friendly installation team.
Herb is outstanding and prices fairly. Very knowledgeable.
Herb is great. He replaced our gas water heater tank in about less than an hour during a snowstorm and also took care of a leak under our kitchen sink without charge.

Not happy with results
1st they responded to my email and respected that I wanted to communicate that way. They were able to come out within a few days and WERE ON TIME! They diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate, and were in and out within a few hours. Both my wife and I felt respected throughout the process. A BIG THING US QUEER WOMEN! Herb, the owner, was the one that made our house call along with a newer staff member, Brandon. I could overhear them speaking to each other. I was very pleased with how Herb was instructing and guiding Brandon, Herb was very respectful. If I need a plumber again, I'll be calling them.

Called Herb's after calling others, they came out same day, fixed my clogged drain and cleaned up after they were done.

I called for a site visit to fix a main water inlet valve and piping but they were able to give me a great quote from just texting a picture of the corroded pipe area. I called the city to have the water shut off at the street and after that was done, they came out the next day. It was discovered that the city water was not fully shut off after the piping system was disassembled so it had to be reassembled as soldering couldn't be done. When water was presumably shut off a few days later, I called back and they came out later that day to finish the job. Again water kept leaking from city water valve so a different system was installed that will completely fit my needs. It was a pleasure working with Shane
Was quoted $750 to replace a section of my main stack which I felt was reasonable. They got done faster than expected and only charged $580. Great, honest service. Highly recommend these guys.
Outrageous pricing. He was at my home for a total of 45 minutes, used no supplies and charged me $200. I believe his hourly rate was something like $125 and there was a $69 "call out fee". This type of price gouging is unfair to the consumer and entirely unrealistic. There are plenty of other more affordable options out there.
Best Plumbers you will ever find. Very fast, reliable, great quality work. I am so lucky I found them years ago.
