We called at 9 a.m. and were promised same day service on a hot July day. Doug, the technician, was here within 4 hours to repair our A/C! He was respectful, thorough, pleasant and answered all of our questions. Service prices very fair! So glad we found this company and would use them again.
I have been a customer for 15 plus years and their service is the absolute best. They are honest, trustworthy, helpful, and amazing. I called Liberty Air because my AC quit working when it was 90 degrees out and my bedroom felt like a sauna. I talked to the owner, Mr. Clear, who was such a nice guy. He got someone out that day even after 5:00pm because my husband and I don't get off until then and he didn't want us sweating through another night. Doug, also a really nice guy, came over and fixed our issue. He also figured out our breaker box wasn't labeled correctly. The AC was marked as the stove top which would have been bad if someone came to work on the stove and thought the electricity was cut off to it. Will definitely call them again with any other issue I have!
I have a unique business relationship with Liberty, because they didn't actually perform any work on my AC system. I was stuck in a precarious situation where I couldn't contact my AC system's installer, was having recurrent problems, and had called 3 other HVAC companies that couldn't determine the problem. The last company I had called scratched their head and started to assume the installer hadn't flushed the lines during the installation and was talking about installing a brand new system on a 3 year unit. The companies' owner was going to come and take a look, but was taking too long to fit it in his schedule (1.5 weeks). I couldn't wait, and decided to call Liberty for a second opinion. Liberty's owner John Clear answered the call, heard my entire story of all the work that had been done, and prompted me to send him an email that described in detail everything that happened with any supporting information. He said he'd call a manufacturer technician and called me back within 10 minutes. After reviewing my information, he got in contact with the installers, and set them up to come and make it right. John could have taken advantage of my situation but he went the extra mile to get the installers to contact me (which was explained due to the company splitting up and some drama). I was impressed by John and appreciated his integrity and willingness to listen and help. The installer did mention when I talked about Liberty that their technicians are some of the best around. Should I have any future needs for HVAC, I will absolutely send some business their way.

Liberty Air Technicians has gone above and beyond in great service, professionalism and fair pricing! I hate seeing bad reviews from several years ago bringing down their rating, because it DOES NOT reflect my experience with Liberty Air in any way. The current owners, managers and technicians are honest, hardworking and professional. Highly recommend!

Went above and beyond in a semi emergency situation. Great company reliable, cleaned up thoroughly and professional at all times. Their price was fair and very comparable to other companies and I felt comfortable with employee being in my house with me and my children. I was worried about negative comments but assured those individuals were identified and are no longer associated or employed with Liberty. Feel badly that you had a poor experience and can't speak for past employees but my experience was great and will definitely be using Liberty again when I need HVAC work done.
