Very knowledgeable and helpful
We have worked with Eric Justice for years. He has been fantastic. Always responsive no matter when we have had to call.
I called today regarding having my whole house air conditioner cleaned . The whole experience was excellent. I called and within 10 minutes Eric called and was able to work me in since he was in the area. He was very nice and professional explaining things to us. He did an excellent job . Very reasonable price too. I will definitely use this business again. I reccomend them as an A1 experience. Thank you. Rick and Paula Byrd

Eric is amazing. He has been our go-to for a long time. He’s responsive, always on time, honest, professional and best of all - doesn’t rip you off. He’s been servicing our HVAC and furnace for years and we will never call anyone else. Top notch.
Says they are open 24/7 but called sunday for service spoke to call center woman put a request for service, it's now Monday 11am still have not received a call back.
They do honest work at a decent price. They actually return your phone calls. And the people are easy to talk and get along with. I would recommend them.

Called because I was having issues with my heating & cooling unit. My house would not cool down and considering it was 90 degrees in my house I was relieved to find out he was able to stop by the same day. Fixed the issue quickly and very affordable. Will definitely recommend. Thank you
They showed up early because my AC went out the night prior. They were dependable and reliable. They diagnosed the problem quickly and brought the parts back within an hour. I would not hesitate to use again!
Eric was very friendly and honest in the work he performed when repairing my AC unit. My 14 year old AC unit has failed me on a yearly basis and Eric offered suggestions for an additional part to prevent future failure. He asked about adding the part prior to billing me for it, which was greatly appreciated. The prices are very fair and with the addition of an extra part, the cost was only slightly more than my previous resource. Additionally, when I called about my unit late on a weekday morning, he was at my house early that afternoon to assist me. I plan on contacting his company for any future issues.

Extremely happy with Justice & Son Heating & Cooling. Very responsive and prompt, was on-site receiving an estimate within 2 hours of placing my initial call and the unit install appointment was scheduled for the following day.

Simply the best HVAC company in the Tri-State, bar none!
Always friendly and professional service. Price is always good and work done is quality. The company responds promptly to service requests. The owner always is straight with you about the problem and the solutions. He'll give you all your options and advise on what he thinks is best without pressuring you. We've been using them for HVAC needs for 10 years and do not plan on changing. Highly recommend.

The team at Justice Heating and Cooling are outstanding. Technician Kieffer Thompson was able to troubleshoot another company’s installation and correct an issue that individual had failed to repair despite numerous attempts. Justice Heating and Cooling contacted the manufacturer of our zoned system and collaborated with them to identify the issue and resolve the problem that had lingered for several years. He also explained the issue in detail and was open about costs and was an outstanding value for the service and expertise we received. We will continue to use Justice Heating and Cooling; they are the best!
