Zoned comfort came out and said they would replace parts on my furnance and has yet to put them in or contact me. It doesn't take this long to get parts, they can be sent overnight. It's been a few weeks now!!!

Called zone comfort this Monday morning told them was having problems with my air Andy the technician showed up two hours later it turns out I needed a new thermostat he installed it ran the furnace through a few cycles everything check out good thank you Andy for a excellent service experience you and your company will be highly recommended
Great group of people and always very responsive when i need them.
Andy, the technician contacted me after I had made a request for service. He was an absolute professional and explained what he was doing as he worked. He was friendly, polite, and very competent. He was informative and advised me when I might consider getting a new A/C unit as my current one is quite old but should get me through the summer. He told me to get a quote in early fall when they have time to schedule the work. I would recommend Zoned Comfort (and will do so when others ask) to anyone needing service or equipment as they are honest, dependable and show up when they promise.

Zoned Comfort just installed a new AC system in my home. Two service techs arrived on time (actually a touch early) and got straight to work. They were methodical but great guys. The installation required the reconfiguration of existing furnace and exhaust elements but they handled it smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend Zoned Comfort. Knowledgeable, professional, and great staff.
I highly recommend Zoned Comfort! I had a furnace go bad and they installed a new one so fast and so thorough. The installers were awesome and cared about doing a great job. The system is great and the installers (Brian and Carl) were A++

Polite, Respectful and HONEST! With the problem I had, they could've easily been misleading and told us that the part needed replaced but he was very honest and said it just needed cleaning!! VERY Few companies ever do that nowadays! Highly recommend!

Had service repairs performed on my furnace and experience was wonderful. Pleasant on the phone and tech arrived timely. Did a thorough check and replaced fan motor. I know furnace on it's last leg and Zone Comfort will be my new HVAC professionals. Thank you.

**Very unreliable** Called to get emergency service for a nonworking furnace at temperatures of 10 degrees outside. Called at 9:59pm an hour went by and no one bothered to call me back. ***********DO NOT RECCOMEND************
Zoned had to finish a job that was started by another company but never completed. Zoned showed up fast and completed the job in a professional manor. Next time I will call them first.
