I used the BBB website to find this company. Bob the owner quickly returned my call. I had a few other companies out to bid and one even charged me for a quote. RWK is a smaller company but the owner is very knowledgeable, polite, and a former service member. He had us a new ac unit and added a smart thermostat at our request for less than the lowest of all the other companies for the same model. Do not hesitate to call and at least have them try to beat the competition. Thanks Bob your the man!
Bob at RWK was great. We lost heat on the coldest day of the year. He came out and fixed it at a competitive price with tip notch service. He explained what was wrong, and even made recommendations for filters that would be more effective and less expensive than the ones we were using!
The home I purchased came with an older propane furnace and tanks. With the insane price of propane, how often it would need filled, and the fact I don't trust a heating system that uses combustible fuel, I needed to switch it out for a new electric furnace. Robert was very responsive, professional, and friendly when we met to discuss a quote and measurements. Two weeks later he was on time for the appointed installation date, and within four hours had the old system completely removed and the new one installed - at a very competitive price and with a new digital thermostat, even! It runs quiet, works like a charm, keeps the whole place warm & cozy, and will undoubtedly save me on heating bills come next winter! Thank you, RWK! You've earned my repeat business down the road and I'm more than happy to recommend you to others :)

Bob was very knowledgeable, courteous and always prompt. He helped us through the process of picking a furnace, showed up on time, answered all of our questions and even showed my husband what he could clean himself on a yearly basis. Job well done today a fair price.
