The service tech was excellent at diagnosing and outlining our options. He was thorough and patiently answered all of our questions! Our new A/C was installed timely and by the best. Mack Heating and Cooling crew are truly an incredible team and stand behind their word and their product. Mack Heating and Cooling took care of us last year with our furnace as well! This was the second time using these guys.On both occasions,their technicians were very friendly and professional.They were always very diligent and explained to us everything they were doing as they answered all of the questions I had.They were very professional and knowledgeable.
