Clayton from CW H&C or 5 Star came to my home after calling a head, wearing boot covers and be the kindest and most courteous service person I’ve ever encountered. He solved an issue in 10 minutes that another HVAC company said would cost me over $2000 for $94 because he didn't try to lie and say it was a problem that it was not. It was a fuse on a circuit board and another company said it was the the blower and circuit board to make a lot of money. Clayton was honest and personable and even showed me where the problem was and the small fuse problem. I appreciate how amazing he was and how he didn't try to deceive me but made me feel like a valuable customer. He is an amazing part of the 5 Star team and I will always ask for him. I wish all the service folks that come to my home could be so straight forward and kind as Clayton. He is hard to come by but we will always be grateful he saved us so much money and for his wonderful human qualities as truth over profit. Thank you Clayton.

Easton did an awesome job of diagnosing and fixing my HVAC system. I had another company check my system out a couple weeks ago and all they wanted to do is sell me another system. Went as far an installing a jumper wire that would have eventually compromised my control board. If ever I need repairs in the future or a new system, I would definitely contact Canal Winchester heating and cooling!

He explained clearly what he found, and while it was a minor issue he cautioned me that it might not be long before more serious repairs, or replacement, arises. Offered me a maintenance plan, but did not pressure me when I politely declined.

I have always used Canal Winchester, heating and cooling. We have always had great experience with this company. They have always been nice considerate. Try to save you as much money as possible. Our furnace and our AC unit recently went out so we had to buy a new one. Their service was second to none, superb, exceptional. they did, they did it in a timely matter. Every single one of them was nice and considerate to me and my family while they was here, they made sure all my carpet was covered. They make sure they shut and close the doors. They walk me through what they were doing. Step-by-step asked me if I had any questions then after I was done, they showed me how everything worked. They did a phenomenal job with the installation. It was done right it was done professionally. It was done accurately , we love our new system and wish we would’ve done it along time ago. I can’t say enough good things about canal Winchester heating and cooling. I will never give anybody else my business but them I highly recommend them for your next time your systems go out need to be fixed. They will save as much money as they can. They will be professional. They will be considerate and they will deal with a job with 100% accuracy and 100% professionalism .

Jesse was one of the nicest and most professional techs I’ve ever dealt with. Furnace went out on a Friday afternoon in a house we just moved into. Having a first time pregnant wife, this was not ideal. Jesse came out on a Saturday and fixed the issue 15 minutes before family arrived in from out of town. 10/10 recommend. I called a few places and only ones that responded for a weekend call.

Shane arrived early than he was supposed to.He installed the inducer motor on furnace in 15 minutes ,then he started on installing a new in house humidifier.He told me it would take 4 hours total, and he was done less than 4 hours, while he was working he was talking to me about the steps he was doing and why.Once he was done he showed me how to operate the humidifier, changing the filter, controlling the damper for winter and summer,Shane cleaned up everything, very Professional. I would definitely recommend Shane to repair my HVAC
