i have had them out for my past 3 clean and checks and had a great experience. On time , good price and knowledgeable techs.

I had a water heater installed recently and they were friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!
After years of having kasidonis service my heating and cooling systems, they left me high and dry when I had a gas leak. Told me to call someone else because all they were doing were installs. So much for the "family" company that cares. They left a family of 4 with no heat in the winter. I will never use them or recommend them again. You cant count on them
My elderly neighbor who requested their service had a horrible experience. She called them during the day, and they showed up at 11pm to assess her basement. After 1 hour of flushing her toilets, they managed to break her kitchen faucet as well. Never replaced it. On top of that, when they came back the following day, again at night, the price increased by $200 from what she was quoted and CASH was requested. The service man that arrived was unable to carry his own equipment down to my neighbors basement and had to ask my husband for help. And last but not least, we couldn't believe the he didn't have an extension cord to run his own equipment. He never located the drain tile leading from the house to street. Nothing got snaked out!! SAVE YOUR $ and TIME!
Had to leave when they stopped paying me.Lousy management has cost them to be exposed on 19 action news. Go to the news website and see for yourself.

Very disappointed in their customer service anymore . 8 years ago I bought a new furnace and air conditioning unit when I lived in my past home outstanding business & outstanding value. Since then I have moved, I called them out recently they never followed up on my hot water tank replacement that I ended up buying from their competitor and then my April aire unit broke on my furnaces and they never followed up on that as well ..had to go to a competitor again couldn't even get callbacks on either one of these issues. Very disappointed and have moved on to one of their major competitors for all my services. Additionally their best technician Wally is no longer with the company.
Phenomenal! The HVAC crew at Kasidonis went out of their way to help when my furnace was damaged by another "professional." Their work exceeded my expectations.

They are so awesome they helped me in a major jam. They felt like a family coming to rescue me in an emergency.
I had Kasidonis install an Aprilaire humidifier last year. The guy who gave me the estimate was professional and seemed to know what he was talking about. He also quoted me what I thought was a fair price. Unfortunately, I wasn't home for the actual installation, my wife was. They installed the unit differently from what was originally described (cutting several corners which affected the efficiency of the unit), and charged us more than was originally quoted. I don't think they are out to get you, but there is definitely a lack of communication between employees here.

Would not recommend! If you do use the company good luck trying to call directly. Uses answering service during business hours. Red Flag When getting estimate ask for breakdown of parts and labor separate. Not everything lumped together. Red Flag 2 Will sell you parts that you don't need. Buyer beware
A tech came out to my rental property and put $300 worth of freon in a leaking AC unit. He never even cleaned the coils first or he would have seen that the unit needed replaced.
I had someone out to my home today and paid $400 to have my ac fixed. 4 hours later the temperature in my home has not dropped, its actually increased. Ive called their businss number provided and although the webiste says 24 hours, all i was told was that someone would call me in the morning. I called again and qas told someone would be in contact. An hour later and into the night no call. I began calling the number only to be met with a service rep who refused to provide her name, only her number 65. She hung up on me. When i called back they would disconnect my call or place me on hold without andwering. There qas no other number to call. Them my ac complety kicked off and began leaking. Miraculously the technician who attemped to repair called my husband, not me, and advised he was on his way. He should up at 10... 2 and a half hours of calling and no reponse. He gave us our check back, was rude, and was now saying something completely different was wrong. Apparently the $90 diagnost6test he ran earlier was wrong and now the answer just came to him. He removed what he installed, disconnected our thermostat, gave us our check, and just left. Terrible company with horrible customer service. I wish i got the service and treatment the other reviewers did. It was like pulling teeth to get acknowledgement or service.

Professional, reliable, family owned company! Same low hourly rate, I called about a leaky faucet and they were at my house in less than 30 minutes. The plumber picked up after himself and was so professional and the whole office was enjoyable to work with. Not often you find a great company like this so they definitely deserved my review!
