Leo was great! he came out, told us what was wrong and kindly waited 45 minutes to an hour for our warranty company to answer the phone and approve the work. He came out on Friday and by Monday his guys showed up and installed the new system. Perfect timing with the weather reaching 90 Degrees on Tuesday. Thanks HVAC for your professionalism and timely service.
I've personally known Leo for over 5 years and and been using his services on my rentals, flips and my own house. He does not cut corners, very professional and above all unlike other HVAC guys Leo does not take advantage on pricing by charging high for a simple part swap. So glad I have his contact for anything HVAC, hot water tank related. Thank you Leo. All the best wishes for a bright future of your company.
When it was 0° out, Leo was the only person who responded to a call or a text, and while he was working on another job, walked me through a few simple steps to get my system back up and running, and I can’t tell you how grateful I am that there are still people in this world who will lend a hand when you need a hand. If he will help someone he’s never met before over the phone to save them the wait and the worry of sitting in the cold or worrying about freezing pipes, that’s the kind of person I’m glad it’s in the HVAC business. My hat is off to you, Leo, and I hope you remember to get back to me for an inspection and cleaning soon!
Leo and his team were great to work with. He went above and beyond to get us on the schedule sooner than originally planned when the old furnace went out. The system works great and they were friendly, prompt, and explained the work clearly.
Leo was great to work with, responds quickly and truly cares to help and assist his customers. Highly recommend HVAC Pros - they worked on my almost 50yr house - added AC System upstairs (non-AC home), they replaced old furnace and replaced a hot water tank that was boxed in a very tight area - everything went flawless. Best part - reasonably priced!
We've used Leo on several jobs now and this current job - mini-split system install - is another reason for us to use him. He and his crews have done excellent work. Very happy!

Leo is amazing, Took the time to explain everything he was doing. went out of his way to rectify an earlier improper install. Replaced my entire HVAC system in one day... Clearly very high quality work and very importantly did not break the bank....Said what he was going to do, did it for the price agreed, No surprise add on's (very common in this industry). I would highly recommend HVAC Pros I am now a customer for Life!!

We had HVAC Pros install a small Goodman high efficiency system in our house to help with unequal heating/cooling in parts of our house. The new system works great and has solved our problem. It worked so good that we are now having HVAC Pros install a new high efficiency system to replace our main system.

Did a great job with my house in Wickliffe, installed a Concord system(70k BTU furnace/2Ton AC). They are made in the same factory in SC as Lennox and come with 10yr warranty on parts. I would hire them again and plan to have them do the same job for my house in Chesterland in the Spring. They did a complete job installed the furnace and ac including replacing the exposed duct work these guys did. They did a professional job of sealing the seams with caulk and taping over joints. Leo was very easy to reach and communicate with, excellent work. Would highly recommend.
I don’t typically write reviews but this business is well worth it. Our AC stopped working. We tried calling a different company before we found out about this one and it took them 48 hrs to even call us back to set up an appointment (it’s been in the 90s everyday). When I called Leo, he was kind enough to squeeze us in that same day. He showed up within 30 min, and fixed our problem in under an hour. He explained what the problem was, and was very knowledgeable in every aspect of heating/cooling. Dependable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and VERY fairly priced! We will definitely be using him for all of our heating/cooling needs!
I live in a split level 1960s built home that never had air conditioning. Sick of window units and box fans all over my house in the summer I decided this year was the year to get an AC system. I first contacted several of the companies around town and got estimates. A few were way way out of my budget and others were steering me toward a setup that would've been a nightmare in the long run. Thankfully my brother referred me to Leo and HVAC Pros. Within minutes of my initial contact Leo called back and we setup a consult. He was on time for the consult and very thoroughly explained to me the best route to go and why it was the best option. As someone who is pretty much clueless about DIY and home improvement projects, I really appreciated this. We had a tough project- a complete install on an older house with no existing ductwork. Leo was honest with me about the challenges but was confident with how he would tackle the project. He came back a few days later with a very fair quote and said when was able to start which was a lot sooner than the other guys. I felt very confident going with him for this large scale project. Once work got started I immediately knew I made the right call. Leo and his guys Mike and Chris worked so hard to get us up and running asap. Everyone was prompt each day, friendly, kind and courteous to my wife, 2 young sons, and I throughout the whole week. As the job progressed, I was so impressed with how clean everything looked and the creative solutions they had to our challenging layout. They did the whole install in 4 days and once they turned on the system, I was so happy with how fast and how cold the house got. I've been living here for about 30 years and the day we had central air seemed like a dream to me. So that moment was exciting for me. We had a problem with our furnace where it had been functioning improperly at intervals. Another furnace company came out twice and temporarily repaired but were not able to identify problem specifically. We called Leo with Pros Heating and he came out immediately the same day. There were several issues with our 26 year old furnace. He suggested that a fix would probably not prevent further problems and that a new furnace would probably be necessary. I feel he gave us a fair price. They came out the next morning and replaced the furnace. Both Leo and his 2 assistants worked efficiently. They cleaned up the area and also removed an old incinerator and took it with them. 2 days later, our furnace was not maintaining heat. Leo came out within 40 minutes and found a bird in the exhaust pipe! He did not charge for the visit and recommended a cover for our chimney and offered to come back and install. I would recommend him highly. I trust him. Thank you Leo!
HVAC Pros came to rescue of my parents while they were out of town when their furnace broke down. They were very quick to respond and very reasonably priced. We sincerely appreciate their neighborly assistance and great service.
