I have never had such great service! Zac came out and performed a thorough inspection of my A/C units. After testing, monitoring, and cleaning, they look brand new. He advised me on any potential problems and was polite in doing so. He left the area spotless. I will be calling Stack for all my future needs!
Huge thank you to Andrew (in office) Paul (manager) Jerry, Brandon, Moose and Andrew - the entire plumbing dept - for fixing my sewer line break .. they put up with all my questions, watching them work and dogs barking .. wonderful group of very professional, knowledgeable professionals who I enjoyed having do my plumbing issue .. I would not hesitate to call them again for service .. not my first experience with Stack, they replaced my hot water heating system 11 years ago (thank you Jeremy) .. I felt reasonably priced for all they had to do .. thank you again guys, you were all awesome
I have used Stack the last several years. I have used them for maintenance. I have been happy with the service they perform and wouldn't want to work with anyone else. Every technician is knowledgeable and will be willing to help if I have any questions.
I have been a customer of Stack Heating & Cooling since 2011! My experience with the company’s service and technicians have always been exceptional!! Today’s technician, Steve, was terrific!!! He was very thorough, going above and beyond , to make sure he answered all our questions. He was also extremely helpful with his advice!!!

Stack is a great company. Always honest, upfront, professional. All of their employees over the years have been awesome and great to work with from the technicians who visit my home to the office personnel I call to schedule with. All super nice and helpful people. Highly recommend!

We had 2 separate technicians come out to our new home. One to evaluate our HVAC system, as well as another to replace an attic fan. Both were knowledgeable and prompt. Excellent service!
Jerry did a great job installing our new outdoor faucets. He cleaned up after himself and made sure we understood what he did. Overall, a great experience!

Stack did a great Job! The gentleman working on our home Bob, Alex and Zander did a fantastic job! Very polite and knowledgeable. They also treated our home as it were theirs. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent company. Our furnace stopped working one day. Technician Chris arrived on time and after seeing our 30+years old furnace, recommended a new one. Ryan came and recommended furnace for us. Couple days later Matthew and Marty came to remove the old one, and install the new furnace. They even made changes to the electrical box. Everyone show up when they said they would. Everyone was very professional and did a great job. I will definitely use Stack again in the future. Thank you!
After doing business for over 15 years and receiving an invoice, I was told that my accounts does not merit that service and had to pay immediate. I thought this was not a good sign of customer service.
Stack tech replaced sump pump motor. Very professional and very responsive.

I saw their truck at at least 4 different neighbors and I asked and all 4 said positive things. We needed maintenance on our AC so I made an appt simple process and very early . Chris and Iiana came . They checked outside blower or fan, checked filter , checked the mechanism inside , Chris said that I needed a voltage capacitor . I replaced but it did cost about $200. Yes I know it can be bought on Amazon for $10 but you never know what your getting , I thought about the warranty? I thought having to pay for someone to install it . Going back to the techs Chris and Iiana. Professional , knowledgeable , prompt , respectful, no sales pressure . THEY WERE GREAT AND ARE ASSETS TO STACK, they deserve a raise and promotional . Would I use Stack again probably yes . Roger cam back November quick , professional and only recommended what was needed
