Jordan, our tech, was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He talked us through the options and helped us save money. Overall, it was a great experience.
Our technician Ryan was extearmly knowledgeable. He was able to fix the issue with our air-conditioning quickly and at a reasonable price. I would suggest Mitchell's to anyone looking for HVAC repairs.
Although we didn't get good news, Sully explained everything and was extremely professional and personable. He even took the time to "explain" to my 2 year old what he was doing. My family has used them in the past and now I know why. I was given a 2 hour window of when they would arrive. They showed up right at the early time they gave me! Highly reccomend
Brian was a good technician. He listen to what I thought was the issue with the A/C. He then agreed it was the probable issue, and addressed/fixed the leak. Also said he would replace the part for no charge.
Jake the technician was respectful of my house, polite and explained everything as he went along. Very nice guy! The company was very responsive and I was able to get a very quick appointment to get my AC fixed. My second time using Mitchell's, and I'm satisfied. I'm not sure how the pricing stacks up to others, but it seems reasonable to me. I will definitely recommend to others!
Roger Explained the product very well, and was very thorough. He answered many questions and did a great job educating us so we could make an informed decision.

Mark was very personable and explained everything to us so we understood. He was very thorough and professional.
Connie was very good. She tried a lot of things to get our system up and running. Although the outcome wasn’t great it was no fault of hers. Would recommend and we’ll be using again.

They came out to give us a quote on a Sunday afternoon and was there Monday morning to do the job they did a great job very respectful clean would definitely recommend their service
