Just started a preventative maintenance program with Total Line and I am completely satisfied with the work so far. Tristen is great! Cleaned the roof top units and fixed issues found . Explained everything he was doing. Thanks for a great job done Tristen!

I was having issues with getting my fry freezer to reach its accurate temp so I called for service and within a few hours they arrived. Tristen was our service guy and went above and beyond with getting the issue fixed. From the time he got here until the time he left he was kind and kept me informed on everything he was doing! Total Line is the best refrigeration company that I have used throughout my 15 plus years in the facilities trades. Always provide a quick response to our needs especially in an emergency. Stephen Sherman is a tech that we always request for our campus. Stephen is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.
I own a restaurant in West Akron and Total Line Refrigertion is the absolute best. They provide my preventative maintenance and come quickly in the event of an equipment hiccup. Stephan Sherman is my PM man and he takes great care of me and my restaurant! I can't recommend Total Line enough.

Awesome company. Finding a reliable HVAC company is super difficult, finding one that is not only reliable, but proficient from A-Z is almost impossible. I would recommend this company to any restaurant that is in need of a breath of fresh air.
This is a great company work with! Their prices are very fair, and they got us up and running in the middle of the worst weather we have seen for years. Their technicians really go the distance and were on our roof in ice and snow. We can't thank them enough!

They are prompt, professional, and they also try to find the best prices on parts and don't try to fix things that don't need fixed. Honesty is hard to find nowadays but Brad P. the technician was very good at what he does.

We use Total Line Refrigerator for maintained on several buildings in North east ohio for many years. Have had very good experience & follow thru with all maintainance issues. They are equipped with a comprehensive team of people that truly care about getting repairs & replacement equip & parts done right the 1st time. Very satisfied with their performance & if there are any issues they work with you to resolve them.
We use Total Line at the restaurant I work at all the time! They are always speedy and come out anytime we have a problem with anything. Ed is the best he is honest and he fixes things no problem! He is very efficient. I would always recommend Total Line!!
