Copperline did great work installing my new A/C. They were prompt, neat, friendly, and professional. Brian (owner) answered all my questions and was awesome during the whole experience. Copperline replaced our A/C, furnace, and water heater. During the quote all my needs were carefully listened to and my many questions were answered. Communication was excellent throughout the process and everyone was friendly. The install team was great. They worked hard, and left the work area clean.

I came home from work the other day and it was chilly! Why was it chilly? Was it because Ohios weather is bananas? Nope. Our furnace wasn’t working! After a skim thru my neighborhood Facebook group, I saw tons of people recommended Copperline for furnace repair. I gave them a call, a REAL PERSON picked up the phone, said they would check if they could come today, called right back and said yes, someone will be there soon. About 15 minutes later there was a knock at the door and Brian was there to figure out what was going on with our furnace. So fast! So responsive! He established the glowy thing (not what he called it, he’s a pro) wasn’t glowing right and we needed a new one. He had the electric current tested in the unit, a new glowy thing installed and our heat back on in about 40 minutes. He was friendly with our kitties, professional, and explained what was wrong with the furnace. Didn’t just try to sell us a new unit, had a great attitude and was timely. I believe it was $105 for the maintenance call, we paid just over $200 total for the call and the repair. Hope you stay warm, but if your heat goes out, definitely give Copperline a call.
Scheduling was very easy and they were accommodating in having a time available when we needed it. Justin, our technician, arrived promptly and did an excellent job servicing our old furnace and a/c unit. He explained any findings thoroughly and even made sure we knew how to turn off the water since the water heater is also getting older. There was no sales pitch or pressure to do additional work. I will definitely use this company again for all of my needs.

Copperline was recommended to my wife and I by a colleague. When they said that Copperline was the single best vendor they had ever worked with, it was enough for us to pick up the phone and get the process started. Now that we have a new air conditioner and furnace, I can agree with the assessment that Copperline has been the best vendor we have worked with while updating our nearly 100 year old home. Brian and his team could not have been easier to work with. They were easy to communicate with, schedule, and coordinate the project. It may also be a little thing, but they were ON TIME! How many vendors can you say show up on time and ready when they say they will be there? Our new system is exactly what was missing from our home, and it's not just the system itself that made the difference. The Copperline team took extra care to help erase some of the issues from the previous system and reconnected the cold air return that now has the air and heat going up to the third floor. If you are looking for anything HVAC at all, stop searching, pick up the phone, and call Copperline. They will then be the best vendor you have worked with. Edit for 2023: Once again, great service and an easy buying experience. All new AC and Furnace in our new house. Brian and Team cannot be any better to work with. Installed whole house humidifier. Service was efficient and well done. Installers were polite, covered floors to keep them clean and cleaned up well when finished. Humidifier works well.

Brian is always willing to help and tackle the toughest of jobs. Brian was able to help us get our furnace back up and running in no time at all after our blower motor and squirrel cage had an issue.
