An absolute great purchase and continuing value. Espar bunk heater needed service. Called Mon, in first thing Tue and done in an hour. Got my apu today! Nice and toasty in here. You guys forgot to top off my antifreeze. She took a gallon and a half. BUT, I am warm and the work looks neat, tidy. Shutoffs under the hood are convenient. I've had this rebuilt apu for a year. No issues and working great. Kept me cool and warm. Water pump started leaking, so brought it back to you. Jim is awesome. Sandy too. TY for calling me back to say the you covered this under warranty Great Christmas present for me!

Stay away from this place they try to replace parts don’t need to be replaced they told me a sensor and fuel pump was bad they didn’t have the sensor so I move on to different place when to Omaha thermo king and they told me was nothing wrong with sensor only the fuel pump so that place was willing to replace sense the cost 360 plus’s labor wich didn’t need it that feel like scam that was really mess up

Came to get my on my 2000 thermo king fixed . My reefer was dead and the technician found the problem right away and was out in a descent time. Great work to the technicians there. Definitely recommend. Thanks again for getting me on the road again.
My thermo king wasn’t functioning. Jason Waller told me I can have it fixed and will be reimbursed. Am yet to fix it🧐
Outstanding service. Awesome service writer’s and tech’s. My APU was not working correctly. I called the day b4 and was told to come in. The tech got right on my truck and everything was repaired within a hour. Again excellent service all around. Also I could bring my dog into the driver’s lounge. I will be back for all further service on my APU.

Nice people to deal with . They are to expensive so I just buy parts there and probably won't do that anymore either because it takes forever.
Not at all good service. I went to their location because my trailer reefer was showing alarm 10&84, these guys just change the fuse F25 and told you are good to go but after 3 hours my reefer was having same problem and I took my reefer to another thermoking, where the mechanic told me that the guy who repaired the reefer before must be lazy as the actual problem was with SOLENOID..
