Drew got to my house within half an hour--on a Sunday--on a holiday weekend--to replace a failed bathtub faucet cartridge. He quoted every cost beforehand, walked me through everything he was doing, and was absolutely a lifesaver. First person I'm calling the next time a faucet starts acting up!
I highly recommend Legacy, we were able to work with Drew. He did a great job, excellent at communicating, and we felt comfortable having him in our home. If you are looking for a short wait time, high quality service, look no further!
Carl and Micah did an excellent job repairing a leak in our sump pump piping .Had this not been repaired the water would have been coming back into our sump pump and possibly back into our house. Legacy Plumbing will not disappoint.
I recently had an estimate from this plumber and was told that I would need to replace several faucets in my home for $500 per unit after a faulty water softener was installed (different company did the water softener). I was told that the plumber could not restore functioning in any of my faucets and that basically everything would need replaced and it would be thousands of dollars. I called a more reliable plumber I trust to get a second opinion… he fixed all faucets within minutes and didn’t charge me because it was such a quick fix. I would never trust this company after this experience. Only gave two stars because the guy gave me a “discount” on coming out to look at everything since he was unable to do the job.
Chandler did a awesome job putting in the water heater and main water valves and answered questions when I asked him. I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing
We had a clog in our kitchen sink over the weekend so I called around Monday hoping someone could come on short notice. Tyler was at my house within 40 minutes of calling to clean the clog and replace our garbage disposal. He worked quickly and efficiently and got everything cleaned up before noon!
I had a leaky pipe outside my house for my irrigation system. I called Legacy, and they were so helpful from the first call. Today, Drew came out to do the work. He was super professional, and we even talked a little sports - cool guy, and did great work. The quoted price was the final price in my case, but the price was fair from the get-go. I'll definitely call Legacy again for any future needs.
Johnny Olivera did an outstanding job installing two propane gas water heaters two years ago. Today, he returned to replace a malfunctioning regulator valve and burner assembly under warranty. The regulator valve was a different model number, so he called back to his office and waited for the manufacturer's confirmation that the replacement valve was authorized for use. His due diligence was impressive. He always takes the time to answer any questions and makes sure to get the job done right. I'll be using Legacy for all my plumbing needs.
Our utility sink backed up this morning and flooded my laundry room. I was in a panic and called Legacy in hopes someone could find the problem. Tyler came out promptly, listened to our concerns and even checked on our shower. Thank god he did as our old copper pipe was about to be completely corroded. He stayed much later to go beyond what we expected. Would recommend them to anyone!
This was the second time we utilized Legacy Plumbing and they continue to do a good job. Drew conducted a quick analysis of our requested tasks, provided us multiple options for each, and completed the job in a very reasonable timeframe & fixed our outdoor sprinkler spigot & replaced and fixed an indoor kitchen sink and turn off valve. We have no complaints and plan to continue using Legacy for future needs!
We really enjoy working with Legacy and can always trust that our old house is in good hands. Tyler was super kind and did an excellent job communicating about the project and estimated costs, identifying the issue, and delivering a quality solution.

Chandler did an amazing job installing our sump pump. Our original sump pump has quit working and was full of water. Chandler from Legacy came over and gave us a couple of options that included a battery back up. Chandler was very kind and professional. I would strongly recommend Legacy plumbing and I would ask for Chandler.
We use Legacy for all our plumbing needs, we call them out yearly to do maintenance on our water heater and sump pump. I was excited to hear they also added heating and air! I recently called them out for our usual plumbing maintenance but also called them out for maintenance on our AC units. We had the pleasure of working with Spencer for plumbing and Connor for Air! Both were very knowledgeable and provided us with recommendations on service and upkeep. I really like working with the legacy team, they are fast and always wanting to provide the best service!
Nora came out and cleaned our bathroom drain along with fixing a pipe for us. She was kind, courteous, explained things well and they were ahead of schedule! Highy recommend!
May 2023 -- Conner and Lucas called as they were available early. They arrived quickly and did a thorough job of assessing the problem (the previous worker had done the wiring incorrectly) and the AC is set up and working now! Legacy is great to work with and take the time to answer questions and explain things! I highly recommend them! Gordon and Micah from Legacy showed up before 8 a.m., completely explained what all was to be done and they were finished by 3 pm. When they encountered something that necessitated a change, they presented the situation clearly, and were open to alternatives. When they finished, they went over the operation of the new pumps, and answered all of my questions. A thoroughly professional job that has me feeling a bit more comfortable with the coming spring thaw! Thank you!
