I've worked with Adam for a while when servicing his work truck, so i told him I'd throw him business if I needed something done, Water heater rusted right out of the bottom. From the inquiry email at 830 am to the install being completed at 1130, along with removing the water softener system and new piping, I couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend and he will get repeat business from me. Thank you so much guys!

Great service, but didn't agree with billing. Owner got pretty defensive right away when I questioned being charged for a full hour a labor. Would recommend but make sure you actually have at least an hours worth or work you need done.

Good service and nice people but I was very disappointed they didn't stand behind the 6 year Warranty of newly installed hot water heater. Warranty paperwork said parts were covered and I called the manufacturer who confirmed that. I explained this to G&T and was hoping they would work with me and do what's right with what they installed. I was also quoted $70 hr labor and was charged $80. Disappointing.
These guys did a wonderful job. Very professional. I just bought a house, and the upstairs plumbing backed up. The plumbing itself was a messed up a DIY project with backwards T's. One of the owners even showed up, so I new they were gonna make sure they took care of my problem. Every place I called told me next week, they showed up first thing the next morning. I like small local owned business, you get way better personable service. I don't think I will ever call anyone else.
EXCELLENT service! Quick, well priced and nice work. I had a very leaky shower faucet that I had been trying to get fixed for over a month. I had two plumbers tell me they were too busy for something that small. I had two not call me back. I had another one tell me he couldn't do it and that I had to totally replace my entire faucet unit by cutting a hole in the back side of the bathroom wall, etc. Over $2,000 of work! (They must work on commission). So finally a friend told me about G & T. They came out the next morning and fixed it with no problems and no cutting of drywall! THANK YOU!
