Awesome service! No bull or sales pitch. Repaired Heat pump and eventually installed a new system...old one was done. Very good price and fair, very knowledgeable, very personable. Mike is a great guy who knows his stuff and wants to do a good job and makes sure it's right. Highly recommend.

they had charge my parents the service call for two times and still they have no heat I think they're bunch of crooks and I think they try to take advantage of the elderly not only that poison and put my mother and father in the hospital

Already reccomended Air Pro to my family, and putting away for my second unit. 16 SERE Goodman 2 ton installed and runs silent compared to my other unit (Multiple units for my home) My service professionals are outstanding! Mike is the absolute best! My wife was hosting a party when our AC went out and it was 95 degrees outside. He was over in no time and fixed it quickly, on a Sunday afternoon! Anyone living in Rowan County or surrounding areas should call Air Pro first!
Mike was able to diagnose and fix my heating issue within an hour of his arrival. He should up exactly when he said he would and even was able to save me some money. I definitely recommend.

Had a problem with my heat pump. Mike came out diagnosed my problem, had me up and running in 20 minutes.he was very courtious and professional.I will be using him for my new hvac tech and would recommend him to everyone I know.
