My husband and I purchased a new a/c unit and main ducts under the house. We were extremely please with the respect the gentleman showed to us and our property. It was a long haul, but it got done properly.

Stout has always been good to us. They installed our AC and has been back several times for service. Always nice and a pleasure to do business with.
We reached out to Stout after another company kept pushing us off. Stout said they'd work us in and get to us as quickly as they could. Our upstairs AC was out due to the Nest thermostat showing "no power". Tech came out today (after the other company pushed us off AGAIN) and fixed our issue in 30 seconds. We will be repeat customers for sure. Thank you for your quick response!
Alex was very knowledgeable. He was able to show me things that I asked about and teach me how to do them correctly. He was able to tell me everything I asked about as I have experience in dispatching for HVAC so we were able to communicate well. I couldn't have asked for better. I am so glad I now have a maintenance contract to keep my system in good working order. Thank you Stout and Alex.

Thanks to Stout for coming to my home today to service my Heating And Conditioners unit. I'm new in Salisbury so I was told to call Stout and I'm glad I did. Jermery very nice, he explained everything to me to where I could understand it without me feeling like he was judging me for asking questions. He made sure my air conditioners was running correctly and then he checked the units outside. The time frame that i thought i was suppose to change filters, he told me that I should change them more often and explain to me why. Stout will be my servicer for my Heating and air Conditioners unit from now on! I recommend them HIGHLY !!!! Thank you Jermery!
