They were great. I used them as a second opinion because the first opinion said I needed a whole new HVAC unit. They came fast and told me what I needed to do and everything has been working fine since. A third opinion then agreed. So, they saved me $10k for now, and they were professional and nice.

Great service at a competitive price! We had our AC fail less than a week before our due date. They were super accommodating in making sure we were able to bring baby home to a safe environment...and just in time!

Klimatology came out the next day to repair our broken furnace, and because it ultimately needed replacing they offered a good 'temporary solution' to keep our home comfortable until a replacement was possible. The team developed a few estimates and worked with me on finding the balance between cost/efficiency. They arrived as-scheduled and were friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned-up the workspace during the install process. I will use Klimatology for all our future needs. Many thanks!
Very professional company! The owner, Nihat, came out and checked out my gaspack heat. He explained the firing process and answered any questions I had. I will get them to come out again for service soon. A+ company with reasonable pricing.
This company came highly recommended by people in my neighborhood. We decided to call for an estimate and we were very impressed with the professional way the owner was as well as the men that came to do the job. They came and did their job. No messing around or taking their time. They worked very hard and it was a vey very hot day as well. They cleaned up and you would have not known they were thee. A truly great experience. I would and will recommend them to anyone who is in need.

In less than 4 hours today, a two-man Klimatology field team replaced my 1.5-ton HVAC system. They did a superior job—not okay, not better than average, superior. Sorry competitors: Klimatology spoiled the curve for all other comers. Superior service requires excellence in key measures. Timeliness. Cordiality and even-temperament. Professional competence and the acumen that only comes through experience. Fair price for quality materiel and workmanship. Keeping an orderly job site and leaving it as clean as it was upon arrival. The thing is that “superior service” requires simultaneous excellence in all of these. It’s like ingredients in a cake—forget eggs, it becomes a mess; leave out flour, its flat as a pancake. Services that falls short in one of the key areas is just another flat, ordinary mess. Today, Klimatology delivered, and they delivered superior service across the board. You. Just. Can’t. Go. Wrong.
