Just used Barnette to replace our 20 year old heat pump...great service. Very nice work...even the inspector commented about what a quality job they had done in the close quarters of our attic space...highly recommend!!
Amazing company to deal with! Called them because my other HVAC Company told me it was going to be at least 5 days before they could get to me. It was a slight emergency with my a/c right before it was going to be 95+ degrees out. I called barnettes at 3pm on a Wednesday and by 345pm there were 3 technicians at my house to fix the problem. They immediately diagnosed and repaired the problem in less than 30 mins. One of the techs even helped me put my new thermostat in while he was here. Worth every penny! Will recommend them to anyone!

Don’t pay the $160 for this business’ yearly maintenance program. The appointment cards are not sent out so you won’t know when they are coming unless you call. Then the tech shows up whenever it is convenient in his route which was (1&1/2 hours early) regardless of the appointment time, leaves a filter and a card stating that they cannot return due to fuel prices. This is just a money grab. The office manager is so helpful that she will affect a surgery sweet tone as she talks loudly over you and hangs up in your ear. Very poorly executed service.
Excellent service from highly qualified professionals from the first call to their office to the repairmen who came out and fixed the issue with our AC. Very personable and dedicated to their work.
I had a gentleman come in the morning to do a diagnostics of my unit and found that it had a leak and within 35 minutes he had it fixed and ac was running perfectly. I would highly recommend this business for your heating and cooling needs. Very prompt, professional and the price is amazingly affordable!!!
The owner of the company came out and installed the board that was wrong with my unit and he installed it wrong and fried my relays inside my house unit and I tried to call them and tell them my heat was out and emailed them nothing. Called another company they came right out found that the board was wired wrong and my relays were fried I will use this company now own. This just goes to show that owners of companies should just stay behind a desk

The crew that did the installation was extremely professional and courteous. Tracy went above and beyond to assist with pre and post installation activities. My new system runs so quietly that I don't even know it's there.

I just replaced my twenty (20) year old heat pump with a new American Standard Gold series 17 SEER unit and it is working great and it's much quieter. I also like the new thermostat that I can control remotely with my cell phone. I made a good choice.
For years, we have relied on Barnette Heating and Air. They helped us keep our 25 year old unit running, and when it was finally time to replace, they were fast, professional, and overall excellent. Would strongly recommend.
