We have an annual contract and are glad we do. This is our second visit for 2022 and decided to renew for 2023. Our service technician, Amir was polite, professional and was overall a delight to communicate with. He explained everything quite well and made me aware of a potential future issue with the downstairs heat exchangers. Now I can prepare for the future. I'd recommend their services.
I have used Air Care since it was Jones Heating & Cooling. Mo came out and was friendly and knowledgable. He was on time and called as he was on his way. He checked out the gas furnace and air handler. No high pressure sales pitch, just some general recommendations, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend Air Care to anyone who is in need of HVAC service, and ask for Mo, he is a great guy.
Mo did a great job today and was very informative and courteous. He helped me analyze and make decisions concerning my heat pumps with older refrigerant.
I asked to speak with the technician before they came out and charged me an $89 fee because I need specialized work and wanted to ensure that they are able to provide the service that I need. The receptionist refused to let me speak to the tech without paying a service fee but also couldn’t guarantee that they offer the service that I am looking for. What has happened to good customer service? Is a 5 minute phone call too much to ask before getting my business?
Seasonal check was priced right an completed quickly with technician fully vaccinated. No other HVAC I called could offer fully vaccinated people coming into my home. Thank you Air Care!

I contacted Jones Heating & Air as soon as I realized my A/C was broken, expecting to wait a while for a service call since it’s the middle of summer. They responded immediately and set up an appointment for the afternoon. Dave, the service technician, was prompt and professional. He determined the problem and repaired it quickly. My A/C was back on immediately. I would definitely call them again.

We called Jones to service our AC on our home. They were so courteous on the phone. Their response was prompt to come out. I always received courtesy calls ahead of their arrival. They had to come out twice because a part had to be ordered, but we understood. I would ABSOLUTELY use them again and referring to everyone I know in the Concord area.
Arrived on time, performed a complete inspection on both units, briefed me on needed repair and completed work timely.
Trane referred me to Jones Heating & Air as a local dealer for their residential units. I am building a house and am considering Trane. I called Jones and asked to speak to a salesperson. They took my name and number and said somebody would call me back. That was a week ago and I never heard from them.

Jones Heating and air conditioning took our old system and replaced it with a extremely efficient system, they were very professional, quick and we passed inspection!!! Would definitely recommend for your heating and air conditioning needs.
When we moved into our house they had already serviced one of the units for the previous owners. When it came time to call for service I decided instead of randomly calling around I would use a place that already had knowledge of the property. Everyone I’ve worked with has been very helpful and they have excellent customer service. We have been using them for almost 6 years now and I have never had an issue with anything they’ve installed or repaired. When we moved in there were 4 units that were all 25 years or older and we also had 2 other properties with older units as well. Super expensive to replace all at once but they helped us decide which would best to replace and which we could get a few years out of. So they’ve done a lot of work for us too. I highly recommend using them if you have a heating or air conditioning issue.
Faced with having to replace my HVAC unit in my home after 17 years, I gathered several quotes from local companies. Jones Heating and Air stood out above all the others! Their estimator Dave was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He did the calculations to ensure the new system would be as efficient as possible and not cutting corners to make it work. John and Kevin, along with Dave, did an amazing job on the install! I can't say enough good things about these gentleman! The weather was awful the day of install but they knocked it outta the park! The office staff was a pleasure to deal with and handled all the warranties, rebates, and financing quickly and efficiently! Piece of mind is huge when having to invest a large sum of money and Jones Heating and Air really goes above and beyond to ensure a quality job at the best pricing available! Their work is backed by a fantastic warranty and included an additional year of service compared to anybody else. I would definitely recommend Jones if you're in need of anything dealing with HVAC!
My system was going out of warranty this year and after numerous service calls each year for the last five years (with a different company) I got on Tranes web site and with in seconds I had a call from Jones . I explained my situation that I wanted to replace and they had some one at my house within hours. I received two quotes which were what I had expected and two day’s later I had an install. These guys were great, professional, cleaned up the mess the last contractor made. They made sure everything was working and explained my fancy thermostat to me.. called the next day... quality group. Friendly fast fair service! I highly recommend them and Trane products. You can’t stop a Trane.
