They were very knowledgeable and quickly found the issue of a bad circuit breaker tripping my HVAC units.

Everything went really well. Service man was on time, and he worked continuously to install the new HVAC.
I am very unhappy with the service that I received. This tech Mr. Roe was very unprofessional and rude. They came to my house through our warranty work order. When he came to my house, first he did not speak. Did not ask to go upstairs he just went up stairs. Left our patio door open. He stated that the unit needed a new capacitor and the coils needed to be cleaned. My husband asked him if he was certain that was the case as we have had the same issue last year. The unit is still cycling on and off. I reached back out to him and he stated that he needed to know how often the unit is cycling on and off. I told him I did not know but I know for sure it should not be doing it. He should have took the initiative to come back out to check the unit. I felt as though he did not want to see what was actually wrong with the unit. I asked to speak with his boss. He tells me he is not available and he is the only one I can speak too. The tech closed out my service ticket and he knew good and well that the unit was not fixed correctly. I told the tech that I no longer wanted to do business with him and he said you can contact your warranty company and have them transfer you. The way this service call went was unacceptable and I will never do business with them again.
Terrible customer service. Yelled at my girlfriend and did not even listen to the issue. Disgusted at the service that Anthony calls acceptable. He refused to provide the owner contact information and from the responses to clients who have had bad experiences in the reviews, it clearly show how little they actually care. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I didn't contact this company, they were assigned by my Home Warranty company. I was scheduled for 9:00 - 11:00 AM and was contacted the day before for verification and received a call from the technician shortly after 9:00 letting me know he was on his way. He arrived and assessed the situation and made sure I was aware of what was wrong with my unit and what it would take to fix it. He made the repairs and ensured that the unit was working properly before departing. Very thorough and very professional.

Update. I've canceled all services with this company. After last year, they blew us off and are now claiming they no longer honor the old contract. We've reached out to another crew to take over our annual service. I would not recommend them. They basically got us to pay for the Air Purification up charge, told us they were going to sign us up for an annual contract then left us hanging. I tried to call several times over the past few months but was told "just reply to the email we sent". After several emails and still no reply, my wife just called them again and they're still not providing us the services we paid for. Steer clear. Brad Gowan came out for our regular spring/summer servicing today. He was on time and professional. Everyone I have worked with has been great. He suggested we install an Air Purification system and did it on the spot during the regular maintenance. I highly recommend to anyone that they sign up for a regular maintenance account with 24 Hour Air.
Anthony is a lazy a** he qas given a job by home warranty company and refused to come out he kept asking that another come out and take pics when he had indeed been hired!! Once pics were sent he said that he needed something else just gave my mom the run arounds it seems like he only wants business of non African American ppl. I cursed him out afterwards as well!! Bc its 2022 and if u perfer white only customers u should do business on mars!!
The guy that answered the phone after closing hours on Feb 7, 2022,@6:32pm was extremely rude and used profanity to me. His words exactly were "I don't like your tone and just because your a woman you're not going to talk to me this way. First of all I tried to tell Napoleon that my unit is still iced over. When I asked him to come back to check it last Wednesday he said he already installed the part and didn't need to to check it. If this is the type of customer service you offer , It's completely unprofessional! He actually cursed at me. When I called back he said you can get someone else to fix it. First of all you are not representing your company well. Every time I've spoken to you your attitude has been awful! If your the owner you need to find some else to answer your calls or find another trade. By the way you didn't wait for 20 minutes because my next door neighbor had a key and watched you the entire time. If you thought this was acceptable. Being a women has nothing to do with wanting stuff done correctly! Work on your insecurities and maybe your life will get better. SMV
5 star I had placed a HVAC appt call through my home warranty company on Wednesday last week and they assigned the work to 24 hour air. 24 hour air gave me a Friday appt. the same week. Anthony called me the day before to give a proper time window and technician, Richard arrived on time. He was very courteous, professional. He had a clinical approach to narrow down the problem and had the part on hand to fix it (it was a bad capacitor on the motor). During all this he was happy to explain and answer my questions on the workings of the unit and what the part in question did. Thank you very much Richard for your quality, prompt and professional service. I am very glad my heating issue was resolved just in time before this weekend’s winter weather. I will keep 24Hour air in mind next time I need HVAC service and will recommend it to friends too. Thank you once gain Richard and Anthony for the great service. Highly appreciated.

I've been using 24 Hour Air for my AC emergencies. Each time they worked to fit me in the schedule, called prior to arrival, and were professional! Richard my technician was polite, explained the issues, recommended the solution, and got it fixed quickly. Awesome service. Now I am signed up for their maintenance plan to prevent future emergencies.
I stumbled upon 24 Hour Air after a quick Google search and saw all the positive reviews. My technician was communicative, friendly, and efficient. Price wise it wasn't as expensive as I expected, and my house is cooling down as we speak.

24 Hour Air was called to my home through my home owner’s warranty. They made 2 calls and replaced my evaporator coil. Another company told me that my entire A/C system had to be replaced. Anthony was my service technician. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job! I plan to use them to service my HVAC system from now on!
